"The view"

"My family travels to Lake Toxaway once a year and we love the area. It was our first time to Casa de Yayo. The house itself is great. And the view of the lake is spectacular. The house was not clean (Vacasa offered to come and clean, however we did not want the disruption since we had just arrived). The house could use an instruction book covering things like light switch system, overriding the programs on the thermostats, how to use the sound system, etc. We thought it could be stocked better (e.g. no tissues, partially used roll of paper towels with no back up, better organization of kitchen and supplies checklist, at least two more Adirondack chairs on patio, etc.). Greater potential here with a little more effort."
