"Very good self service Check-In accommodation and breakfast. Location is at the end of a party district. The accommodation did provide earplugs which was thoughtful. Were people outside drinking at 4am. Must be noted we stayed on a Friday night also. "

"We stayed at BNB013 for just 1 night, as we passed through Tilburg during our vacation through the Netherlands, and was easy to find. The bedroom is located in a private residence, and the bathroom is shared. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our Host, Martijn, is a VERY hospitable guy and a good conversationalist. "The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"Overall it’s a great place if you’re happy to look after yourself and have no need for a reception desk or city central position. The rooms are nice and my stay was relatively quiet, I preferred it to a hotel and it actually cost less"

"Conveniently located for Efteling which we visited following our stay. Bright spacious room although this reduced when the pull out beds were out. Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant on site for dinner & breakfast. Only downside no bedside tables, just a rack for your phone or book but nowhere to put a cup next to the bed. "

Location, perfect service, class

"Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room."
