"So the property was filthy. Brown stained toilets dirty pool and although “ dog friendly” there was rat poison left where my dog could eat it. Which she did, expensive trip to vets and nearly came home without my beloved dog. We all got sick two days into our different stays and the owner did not apologise or take responsibility. Much photo and video evidence gathered happy to post. Come on Vrbo sort it out"

"Notre hôte Alice était intéressante et charmante et nous avons apprécié causer avec elle. Elle et Gladwys ont fait tout ce qu'elles pouvaient pour nous aider et nous mettre à l'aise. Toutes deux étaient très communicatives et réactives. Le grand et confortable salon est meublé et décoré de façon minimaliste mais avec goût et intrigue et il y a de nombreuses touches créatives à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. "First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "A wonderful huge property, extremely well equipped including a pool table. The house manager met us (as arranged) and guided up through the facilities of the house. The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. It is also perfectly placed to enjoy lakes and mountains and the coast. Finaly it is only a short drive to the medeival cities of Beziers and Carcassonne."
