Als Fremde gekommen als Freunde gegangen
Familie Saracino waren nicht nur Vermieter, vielmehr waren Antonietta und „Ninuzzo“zwei wunderbare Menschen die immer freundlich und herzlich an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert waren. Die morgendlichen Gespräche mit Ninuuzo waren für mich eins der Highlights des Urlaubs Die Unterkunft war wunderschön-sauber-ordentlich und man hat sich sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wenige Minuten zum kleinen Ortskern von Rosignano Marittimo , wo es wunderbare Restaurant und kleine Bars gibt und die Piazza ist 🇮🇹 as his best. So stellt man sich den Perfekten Urlaub vor. Und der kleine Alimentari Katia ist muss. Saluti aus Ringelbach

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und freundlich und man kann sich bei Fragen jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten in dem kleinen charmanten Ort. In dem Ort kann man gut essen gehen und leckeres Eis gibt es auch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin gehen.

Super relaxing, calm and cozy holiday home
We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend! The rooms are spacious, there are two terraces at each side of the house to be able to enjoy shadow and sun. Antoinette and Antonino are super kind, attentive hosts that help out immediately when help is needed. We had a wonderful time in Rosignano Marittimo!

Avons passé un très agréable séjour. Hôtes très sympathiques, accueillants et avenants. A 500m beau petit village typique chaleureux, dont pizzeria exceptionnelle ( pizza à la truffe à goûter absolument), plus un restaurant ouvert jusqu’à 1h le soir ( repas gastronomique à un prix très descend) une place aménagée avec café dont le propriétaire est très avenant, les petits commerçants du village sont très gentils, souriants.. Une plage publique magnifique,sable fin, eau turquoise à 10 minutes du village.

Eine heiße Woche in pittoresker Umgebung
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Saracino. Das Wetter etwas zu heiß, aber trotzdem haben wir die Zeit genossen. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter Antoinette und Nino für eine tolle Zeit. Vielleicht bald wieder bei etwas moderateren Temperaturen.

Ruhige Unterkunft in toller Lage
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand und man hat eine herrliche Ruhe. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Örtchen, wo es Restaurants und kleine Lädchen gibt. Zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto auch nur 15 Minuten. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr, sehr freundlich. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Tomaten aus dem Garten geschenkt und sogar Kaktusfeigen. Jeden Morgen wurde der Schirm am Esstisch auf der Terrasse aufgespannt . Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area
the apartment #2 was very pleasant! two large bedrooms. the master bedroom has access to the terrace, with a view of the unspoilt nature and a beautiful sunrise! the kitchen is equipped with the most important things! the landlords are very nice and help with all problems that arise. I and my family felt very comfortable and would repeat the stay at any time. I wish the landlords all the best, it was a really nice time!

Liebenswerte Gastgeber - gute Lage
Die Wohnung (App. 2) bietet ausreichend Platz, da die Zimmer recht geräumig sind. Tolle Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen. Inkl. Ausweichplatz vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber, die einen mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgen und auch sonst zur Stelle sind, wenn etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Ortsmitte, wo sich Cafés, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants sowie eine Eisdiele befinden. Mit dem Auto ist man nach ca. 8 - 9 Kilometern an den "weißen Stränden" und auch die bekannten mittelalterlichen Städte sind gut zu erreichen.

Großartiger Toskana-Urlaub
Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer angenehmen Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Umgebung. Unser Appartement war ganz neu und entsprach völlig unseren Wünschen. Das Vermieter-Eherpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und teilt die köstlichen Früchte des Gartens. Beide sprechen fließend englisch und antworten sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen. Der Ort Rosignano Marittimo ist angenehm mit allem, was man braucht, schöne Strände sind in der Nähe und auch Spaziergänge im WAld möglich. Und die großen Kulturzentren wie Pisa, Lucca, Florenz etc. sind auch nicht weit - perfekt!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in mit großem Erholungswert
Unsere 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Saracino haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Antoinette und Tony sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die immer ein Ohr für alle Belange hatten. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick wurde jeden Morgen hergerichtet. Frische Tomaten und Gurken wurden von Tony für uns gepflückt. Lecker!!!! Wir haben mit unseren Kindern sowohl das Strandleben als auch die Kultur der Toskana im Wechsel sehr genossen. Alles in allem ein für uns perfekter Urlaub in familiärer, toskanischer Idylle. Weiter so Tony und Antoinette!!!!

Gelungener Urlaub
Die Villa ist genau das was wir gesucht hatten, ab von den Touristischen Hochburgen, familiär, sauber, ruhig, alles was man braucht. Nett eingerichtet und wenn was fehlte war es gleich zur Stelle. Das Vermieter Ehepaar sind sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jeden Tag wurden die Liegestühle morgens aufgedeckt und abends wieder abgedeckt. Auch die Tischdecke auf dem Terrassentisch war morgens wieder frisch wenn man abends was verschüttet hatte und der Sonnenschirm war auch offen. Perfekter Service!! Für die Kinder war der Garten rund um die Villa sehr interessant. Toni hat unserem jüngsten zum Beispiel gezeigt wie man frische Feigen vom Baum erntet und dann isst. ‚Eines der High lights war der allabendliche Besuch einer Wildschwein rotte unter halb der Terrasse. Jeder war mit einer Taschenlampe bewaffnet und versuchte einen Blick auf die scheuen Tiere zu erhaschen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben immer abwechselnd die zahlreichen Strände in der Umgebung besucht, einfach wunder schön. Die Geschäfte, Restaurants und besonders die Gelateria im Ort kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Rundum jedem der ruhe und Erholung sucht ohne wenn und aber weiter zu empfehlen!!
