La struttura era bella a 100 metri dallo stabilimento ma io abitando ai castelli in una villa nel parco dei castelli il passaggio dei treni era come stare vicino l'aereoporto a volte la sera mi prendeva un colpo per il rumore sembrava che deragliavano e ti veniamo in casa...ed il prezzo dovrebbe essere massimo per 15 giorni 1000 euro zona isolata....

Una settimana passata molto bene con la mia famiglia. Posizione ottima, vicinissimo al mare, lidi attrezzati praticamente sotto casa, mare buono e cibo ottimo. Oltre alla cordialità e alla disponibilità del padrone di casa. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Ciao Fabrizio 👋

Vacanza perfetta per la famiglia
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Fabrizio è un super host molto gentile e che ha cercato di rendere il nostro soggiorno il più agevole possibile (ci ha fornito seggiolone, lettino e spondina per il letto). La casa è ben attrezzata vicinissima alla spiaggia sia attrezzata, sia libera. È molto fresca perché è sempre molto ventilata grazie all'esposizione su due lati. La casa, come molte in zona, è vicina alla ferrovia, a noi non ha creato problemi perché ci siamo abituati subito. Cologna Spiaggia è una frazione con tutti i servizi essenziali, non sono presenti grandi divertimenti ma per una vacanza con famiglia e bimbi piccoli è perfetta. Casa super consigliata

L’appartamento rispecchia, in generale, le descrizioni riportate: è accogliente e molto vicino al mare, molto spazioso, adatto soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario e anche le camere sono molto accoglienti. Fabrizio è una persona disponibilissima per ogni cosa, molto gentile ed educato. Assolutamente consigliato!
