"Like in the Spinal Tap movie, if I could give this property a 6 for everything I would have. Beautiful location with view of olive groves up a hill on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Nice, clean, modern, comfortable. Best breakfast we have had so far on this trip. The managers Federica and Guiseppe were so accomodating and wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in this area. Grazie mille,...

"Super clean and quiet B&B in a residential area of Pescara. Our hosts were very responsive, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book again. It's helpful to have a car, as the B&B is a bit off the beaten path. You will have your own parking spot behind a locked gate, which was very reassuring for us. Highly recommended!"

"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....
