NO NEED FOR A CAR TO GET AROUND THE WHOLE MUNICIPALITY, NEW AND COMFORTABLE FURNITURE, VERY WELL-FITTED HOUSE, FREE WIFFY, LARGE TERRACE WHERE THE POOL IS LOCATED, WITH LARGE ELECTRIC BLINDS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE SUN. THE TERRACE GOES AROUND THE HOUSE. LARGE GARAGE FOR 2 CARS PLUS A PARKING SPACE.

Great place
We realy enjoyed our stay. The house had everything it needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the owner was very nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Roses.

Good venue for a family holiday.
Ultra modern villa with great room sizes and up-to-date equipment and a decent pool. Helpful host. Location in residential area overlooked by flats the only setback. But easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Great place
The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there.

I did not expect he villa to be as lovely as on the listing… but it was. Immaculately clean beautifully uncluttered and modern ! 10 minutes walk to the beaches and more restaurants and bars than you could ever need ! 5 mins walk to supermarket !! Just fabulous!!

2 families stay June 2022
We were 2 families of 6 people. The house was very clean and spacious and our host Teresa very helpful with arrival and departure. (Communication only in Spanish or French though) Location very near the beach and restaurants. If something critical had to say it was the pool. The water circulation was on/off so that the filters didn´t have enough time to remove all the 'dirt' on the surface? Overall I highly recomended the property!

Wunderschöne Villa mit wunderbarer Gastgeberin
Die Villa liegt mitten in der Stadt, also perfekt gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch der Strand von Roses ist in wenigen Gehminuten bestens erreichbar. In der Villa gibt es alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Teresa die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bestrebt den Aufenthalt in der Villa perfekt zu machen. Herzlichen Dank Teresa! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumvilla in Roses
Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Zentrum.

Villa in Roses
Villa wie beschrieben. Gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Durch die Lage an der Straße ist es ziemlich laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Leider kein Smart TV-Gerät und nur französische Sender.

Ruime luxe woning met heerlijk zwembad. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar strand, stadje en boulevard. Wij hebben met het gezin een heerlijke week gehad Enig minpuntje.is dat het huis iets minder geschikt was voor ons kleinkind van 2 jaar. Verder prima ontvangst door Teresa

Fantastisch verblijf maar spijtig dat de weken voor ons verblijf de zon weinig geschenen heeft waardoor het water van het zwembad onvoldoende was opgewarmd. Alles was aanwezig zoals keukengerei, toestellen enz… Gewoonweg een toplocatie.

Wir waren als Familie angereist und haben uns aufgrund der tollen Lage (Strand + Stadtnähe) dafür entschieden. Das Haus ist sehr modern und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos .Für uns jedoch war es etwas zu steril - sogar Salz- und Pefferstreuer waren ohne Inhalt. In dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns ordentliche Gläser und Besteck gewünscht! Die Kommunikation funktionierte super, Teresa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We hebben genoten van het huis! Huis is ook zoals de foto’s laten zien Het ligt centraal, alles is aan te lopen in Roses. Ook zijn er leuke plaatsen in de buurt, die je met de auto kan bezoeken.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist mitsamt des Außenbereichs inklusive des Pools in einem äußerst sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als perfekt. Einerseits zentral und damit fußläufig alles zu erreichen und andererseits liegt das Haus direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Winterfreuden
Die örtlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechen den positiven Bewertungen der Vormieter.Alles top! Die Ölzentralheizung funzt wie Zuhause (500€ für 3 Wochen), dafür morgens und abends wohlige Wärme bevor die Tagessonne die Energiespende übernimmt.Küche auch für Hobbyköche geeignet, wenngleich diese ja ohnehin ihre eigene Pfanne samt Messer etc. dabei haben.Kulinarische Einkäufe wie Metzger, Bäcker und Gemüsestand sind fussläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Großeinkäufe beim Carrefour! Das Haus ist auch parktechnisch top, die große Garage samt abgeschlossenen Vorplatz bieten Platz für bis zu 5 PKW, falls mal die Kinder alle getrennt anreisen. Roses ist mit seinen rd. 20 T Einwohner auch im Winter eine lebendige Stadt und keine tote Touriburg . Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten. Dieser war allerdings minimal und äußerte sich in einer defekten elektrischen Orangenpresse, wir haben dann auf Handbetrieb umgestellt. Also nix wie buchen und sich von der charmanten Verwalterin Teresa in die Vorzüge der Unterkunft einweisen zu lassen, was auch in deutsch oder französisch oder im Mix äußerst erfreulich ist. Wir 2 Personen haben für Winter 2025 bereits wieder gebucht. NS: für Motorrad- bzw. Cabriofahrer ist das Umland ein absolutes Kurveneldorado . Viel Spaß und Erholung in Roses

Für mich und meinen Zweck war alles perfekt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Gastgeberin Teresa war immer mehr als freundlich und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit geholfen.
