Logement parfait mais emplacement bruyant

Le logement dans son ensemble était correct mais l emplacement très bruyant....et beaucoup de difficulté pour se garer ....même au mois de juin....alors en pleine été....j imagine que se soit encore pire.

Appartement mal entretenu : porte de placard de cuisine prête à tomber, prise TV arrachée ou mal fixée, tablette manquante (juste les fixations restantes) dans la salle de bain, machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas .... je ne recommande pas !

appartement bien mais trop bruyant

L'appartement est confortable, frigo de capacité tout à fait correcte avec congélateur ce qui est appréciable. Canapé lit moyen. Rue animée et très bruyante jusqu'à 1h du matin minimum puis ramassage des ordures, nettoyage de la rue... tôt le matin Il fait très chaud donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres fermées mais du coup très bruyant donc nuit très entrecoupée, dommage. La location serait très bien si située 2 rues plus loin. Par contre proximité de la mer appréciable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de coussin de chaise comme sur la photo de l'annonce et 2 transats sur la grande terrasse seraient les bienvenus. 1 aspirateur serait plus efficace que le balai pour enlever le sable et la poussière quotidiennement.

Kleine Schäden

Es gibt kleinere Schäden welche behoben werden müsste. Storen im Wohnzimmer defekt. Schirmständer ohne Schirm, Tischtuch für Gartentisch nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung konnte erst um 17:00 Uhr bezogen werden, Reinigung war noch an Laufen.

Etwas älter,aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Alles vorhanden Waschmaschine, Besteck, Tassen, Teller, usw.usw, grosser Balkon , entspannter Urlaub mit allen

Große Terrasse, nah am Strand

Die Wohnung war sauber und in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Als Familie mit Kleinkind hat uns am besten die große Terrasse, auf der zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne war, gefallen. Schön wäre, wenn in der Küche Abtrockentücher, Spülmittel usw. schon vorhanden wären.
