Newly renovated, lovingly designed apartment over 2 floors with stunning sea views.
On the upper floor are the living room and the kitchen with terrace and barbecue.
The living room has 2 couches and dining area for 4 people, HD TV with flat screen, surround sound system with Bluetooth are available.
The terrace also has a dining table with chairs for 4 people, outdoor grill and 2 chairs.
In the lower floor are the two bedrooms (also with sea view), a very spacious shower room / WC with window and an additional guest toilet also with window.
The two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bed linen as well as towels and beach towels are available.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years.

Canyelles is located behind the main town of Roses in a magical bay and has a very popular beautiful beach with some beach restaurants and bars.
In addition to numerous sports and water activities (including the Aquaparc), the direct environment offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and exploring. In addition to a cozy shopping area, Roses has numerous restaurants and bars in the old town and on the promenade. Roses also has a large fish fleet with corresponding culinary and yet inexpensive highlights in the restaurants.
Trips to the nearby places such. B. Cadaques ('the white city by the sea' where Salvador Dali lived and worked), Figueras (birthplace of S. Dali with its famous theater museum) or Girona are definitely recommended. In addition to other opportunities to visit the many facets of the Costa Brava, excursions to neighboring southern France are also possible.

Beautiful views
Lovely location. Very comfortable apartment with beautiful views over Canyellles beach bay. Easy walk down to the beach, but a bit of a trek back up the hills in the sun (we drove down on hotter days - there’s a car park near the local supermarket)!

We spent five nights (in June) at this apartment and loved it. It is very clean and well maintained and the views are magnificent. The apartment block is located near the hilltop and is reached after navigating some fairly steep hills (so we relied on the car to get about). There are quite a number of stairs involved in getting to and from the car park/entrance so would not suit anyone with infirmity (and the bedrooms, bathrooms and both WC's are on the lower floor). However, we managed fine with the stairs so this was not an issue for us. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the vista. The apartment has all the equipment you need to make the stay enjoyable although I suspect it may be a bit hot in the warmer summer months. Thomas is easy to deal with and his caretaker Susanne was very helpful with information and timely in meeting us to hand over the keys etc. Roses is a lovely location and is also the perfect place to explore the Dali triangle. Nearby Cadaques is worth visiting en route to Dali's Port Lligat home. We would happily return in the future.

Wir waren zum 2 x mal da und sind aufs neue geflasht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man reinkommt, fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer, so fängt der Urlaub sofort an.

Superbe logement avec belle vue
Un agréable séjour dans le logement de Thomas, belle décoration et vue imprenable sur la mer. Idéalement situé pour accéder à la plage à pieds ainsi qu'aux restaurants. La place de parking est un plus très appréciable. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Suzanne et Werner. Nous recommandons ce logement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Der Check- in war sehr unkompliziert .Susanne und Werner waren als Ansprechpartner immer ereichbar.Von dem Balkon aus hatte man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht.Betten waren bequem .Allerdings gab es keine Treppe zum Strand,Weg ging die Straße entlang und dauerte etwa 10-15 min. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: statt Mini- Bügelbrett ein " Normales" und Weingläser !😊

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem Topzustand mit frisch gestrichenen Wänden und einer kompletten Ausstattung. Sie bot aufgrund der Hanglage einen fantastischen Blick auf den Badestrand und das Meer. Die Schlüsselübergabe und ausführliche Einweisung erfolgte durch ein sehr nettes Ehepaar vor Ort. Ein Kontakt war jederzeit möglich.

Schöner Familienurlaub in Strandnähe
In der gemütlichen und sauberen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon lädt ein zum Sonnen, Essen und gemeinsamen Spielen in den Abendstunden. Der Blick über die Bucht ist, wie vorher schon beschrieben, einmalig. Das hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue erfreut. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Susanne war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es war zeitweise sehr warm, vor allem nachts, da wäre ein zweiter Ventilator wirklich toll. Zum Strand hin sind es über die Treppen wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Der Rückweg erfordert etwas mehr Anstrengungsbereitschaft, ist aber gut zu schaffen. Straffe Waden inklusive - sozusagen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Herzliche Grüße, Patricia und Familie

Toller Ausblick
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, tolle Terrasse und Blick in die Bucht. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls super, alles nötige war vorhanden. Wer zum Frühstück frische Baguettes haben möchte, läuft den Weg in die Bucht später zum Strand noch einmal. ;) Kleiner Abzug bei der Sauberkeit, aber das empfindet jeder vermutlich anders. Ein Ventilator im zweiten Schlafzimmer wäre toll. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Fantastischer Ausblick
Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung und sehr netter Empfang durch Susanne und Werner. Jedoch sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da die Lage am halben Berg eine kleine sportliche Herausforderung ist, jedoch machbar:) Am tollsten ist aber der fantastische Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick
Dieser atemberaubende Ausblick bei Tag und bei Nacht machte manche Minuspunkte wieder wett. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern fast zu klein, wenn man sich im Frühjahr nicht immer draussen aufhalten kann. Die Küche ist funktional, aber wenn man zu zweit kochen will dann doch etwas klein. Es gibt keine Heizung außer zwei Radiatoren,. Wir haben leider oft gefroren. Im Sommer spielt das sicher alles keine so große Rolle... Der Weg vom Stand ist anstrengend aber machbar. Wir sind auch jeden Tag nach Roses über einen sehr schönen Küstenweg gelaufen. Ca. 4 km one way. Check in, check out hat super funktioniert, danke Susanne!

Wir haben Ende Oktober einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bei der Ankunft frisch bezogen und die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben sind neben der fantastischen Aussicht auf die Bucht die hervorragende Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch die (deutsch sprechenden) Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Susanne und Werner.
