Wonderful sea views with communal pool:
Nice apartment in a building with communal pool (open from June to October) 700 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2.000 m from the center of Roses, capacity for 2/4 people.

To access the apartment it is necessary to go down a floor on foot, and it is distributed in:

* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* Dinning room with 140 cm Italian sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and air conditioning.

* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

* Bathroom with bath and bidet.

* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °)

* Private parking space for each apartment.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 5 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities. Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach. Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Short stays possible depending on the season, possibility to rent on weekends depending on the season.

Très belle adresse pour un Séjour à Roses
Cet appartement, conforme à sa description, a une vue splendide, et reste lumineux toute la journée. Sa situation en fait son charme, pas de barres bétonnées mais des habitations qui s'étagent sur les flancs des coteaux autour de petites criques abritant de petites plages. L'appartement est sobre, confortable, l'essentiel y est. Juste à noter que l'insonorisation entre les appartement est inexistante, mais nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir pour voisins des personnes aussi calmes que nous, alors cela n'a pas été un problème. Les procédures d'arrivée sont excellentes et Xavi Capdevilla est un personne très réactive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. En cette saison, c'est super, peu de touristes donc pas d'embouteillage, une météo idéale pour randonner sur les nombreux et superbes chemins du parc du Cap de Creus.

Vue magnifique et bon emplacement
Excellent séjour. Le soleil etait là et nous avons pu dejeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue magnifique. Le chemin de ronde est juste en face pour accéder a la plage. L'appartement était très propre et a tout ce qu'il faut. Merci a Xavi et son équipe pour leur accueil.
