060 - Apartment on the beach - 3 bedrooms

The apartment is located on the beach on the promenade.
It has enough space with its 3 bedrooms, the spacious living-dining room and the big terrace with sea view.
The kitchen is open plan, there is a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, ...... is well equipped.
There is a bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms have a double bed, the other two single beds that can be put together and the third one has a bunk bed.
The building has a large communal parking where you can park a car.
The first stores are 200 mtr. away as well as the first restaurants.
The distance to the center of Rosas is 2km.
From here you can spend your vacations on the beach, go on excursions on foot or with the bike (you can rent it near the apartment). There are many paths to discover.
With the car you can go to Cadaques or Figueres to visit the famous painter S. DALI, to Girona or Barcelona or to the inland, to the mountains or small villages.
