Customer service top class. Moved to alternative room as light sleeper . Avoid - road facing rooms . Noisy outside and the quality of window fitting is poor . ( which is a shame as they must’ve cost a fortune to purchase) . Drafts and noise come in . Get contractors back to fill gaps with lime mortar not...
