The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "This place is perfect for a family or group holiday : big rooms, perfect wifi, price OK. Enough choices in the neighborhood for breakfast/dining. Close to public transport. I was travelling for business and therefore the hotel was not so suited for me. But I should have payed more attention when booking = my fault. Staff very friendly and helpful ! "
