"We were excited about our stay at Rice Lake! But the house had a few problems and it made our stay less enjoyable. The small A/C unit is located in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. "Everything is fine with this hotel property except for the fact they took out the carpets in the guest rooms and unless you are on the top floor, you get to clearly hear all the noise from the people in the room above you, suitcases on wheels, office chair rolling, kids running around."
