"3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper. Place was clean. Host always available and helpful."

"Zenobia was a wonderful host despite being ill while we were there. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was a particularly good location for us because our son's place was only a short walk. We would definitely return."
