"The room was a nice size & clean. The heater didn't work correctly. No packs of coffee in the room. No new coffee cups were brought in for our second day. No soap in the container in the shower. Couldn't get desired channels on TV that my son was able eto get in his room"

When getting off the highway, there is tons of trash on the sides of the highway, and there are pan handlers working all 4 ramps begging for money.
