"At my age I have had all the presents I can ever want so to gather all the family around me was the best I have ever done. The sun shone and groups of peace wandered around, 40year old sat round the table with glasses of wine. The youngsters played pool downstairs. "Accommodation is in well furnished self catering or modern rooms. This is not a hotel. Access and parking is convoluted and is not ideal for those with mobility problems. Rooms are accessed via a staircase. Room to room noise is evident and Saturday night is lively across the road until midnight. Breakfast is served at the 1176 restaurant and is very good with friendly staff and good locally sourced ingredients. There is nearby street parking for blue badge holders but would not recommend...

"We loved our stay here! Noreen's spot was clean, cosy and in the perfect location. A little tricky if you have a lot of luggage due to the stairs and distance from pullover spot, but worth it for the incredible view. Noreen provided plenty of useful instructions for accessing the building, car parking and taking out the bins. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Noreen!"
