Had everything you need for a good stay in Roseburg. Walking distance to the historic downtown, off street parking, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nice to have coffee and tea ready for us!
Perfect place for the two of us to relax.
Squeaky clean and new. Host tries hard on little touches. Property would benefit from a guide book with internet and house access details and cleanup/departure expectations.
I’ve stayed in many rentals, but this was my first tiny house! It has a good layout, comfortable bed, air conditioning, large bathroom & ample parking. I’m one of the first to stay here, there were a few things that could have been added, but that will come in time, I’m sure! If I head back to Roseburg, I will definitely see if it is available again
What a great house. It is laid out so well and gorgeous. The host created a very homey oasis and has a beautiful flower bed out front. Having a place to park for both houses is a huge plus! It can be louder at night sometimes but that is due to nearby freeway traffic.
We enjoyed our stay! It’s a cute area, very close to downtown and not far from grocery stores or other restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. April was a great host, she brought over towels for us in the middle of the week and was very quick to answer any questions. She allowed us to have an early check in which was great for us since we drove from Phoenix.
My son and I stayed here two nights and loved the tiny house. I was looking for alternatives to an expensive hotel and this was a wonderful place. A full bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Very clean and private. The friendly neighborhood cats were a bonus to my animal loving son.
The private parking next to the two tiny homes is great. The owner provided her number of we had any needs.
We will stay here again on future trips to Roseburg.
This tiny house was surprisingly spacious. April was very responsive when we had some difficulty entering the property. The cleaner only left one set of bath towels for the 2 of us. April was very apologetic. My daughter, that we came to visit, lent us towels as there are none readily available in the unit. I was surprised that there was no table to eat at. The kitchen is large and you have the space to make a nice meal, just no place to eat it. The kitchen is sparcely stocked. There is enough pans to make some eggs or pancakes but don't plan on baking anything. We had Precooked bacon which was good so I didn't have to worry about the cleanup. In addition to visiting our daughter this was a scouting mission to see if this Vrbo would work to make Thanksgiving meal for our daughter and her friends. I think I would cook everything at home and reheat at the vrbo and I would bring a folding table and some folding chairs, extra plates and silverware. The neighborhood was very quiet and we made a few cat friends as they like to visit the guests! We would definitely stay here again with a little pre-planning. Thanks for a great stay, April!
Loved the location, easy to DoorDash food(I’m lazy, it’s vacation)
Cozy space, comfy bed. Ease of use in all aspects of the house.
Nice central location for our random travels to crater lake and the wildlife safari 👏
