Important information: Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation following the recommendations of the official website of the measures taken on the sanitary plan by the government. Late arrivals and departures are possible at an extra charge. On arrival, you'll be provided with the bare minimum: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, detergent and sponges. Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our guests generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included. However, we do offer a complete set of bed and bath linen as an option, which costs 45€ for a double bed and 35€ for a single bed. A compulsory “intermediate cleaning” package is invoiced at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the accommodation must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, rubbish thrown away, etc.). If the accommodation is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s).
