Host has provided excellent communication, fast responses. Gate remote battery for empty in middle of stay. Host provided replacement in lockbox the next morning, that was great. Playa Santa is not what it used to anymore. Abandoned buildings, trash everywhere including beach, we wouldn't stay there again only due to location but...
