"Gabriela was so helpful at the property and even came to park in the reserved parking lot. The suites are in a perfect location on the edge of the old town so easy to drive into. Would be good to allow for a slightly later check out as 10 pm is quite early but they were accommodating to leave a bit later. Also loved the bathroom but just missing a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that - wonderful stay. Would recommend! "

"Excellent position and friendly host. Every need was catered for. Advice on eating and drinking. The room was well located at the heart of old town and was beautifully maintained and decorated. It made our two night stay delightful. Always difficult to find parking when you stay in old town but our host gave us good advice and we found a spot not on far away. High recommended. One of the highlights of our trip"

"Struttura curata in ogni particolare, non manca assolutamente nulla, anzi nel bagno abbiamo trovato oltre ai teli per la doccia anche gli accappatoi e le lavette per il viso oltre ai normali asciugamani,tutto nuovo e super pulito,Anna la proprietaria attenta a non far mancare nulla ai suoi ospiti, ci ha dispensato con consigli e racconti del luogo. "In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "La struttura è situata al centro di Carovigno e l’entrata è avvenuta tramite apposite cassette. Ho riscontrato delle criticità perché la stanza è davvero troppo umida. Il proprietario gentile. Consiglio di cambiare il numero di telefono su expedia perché è errato. "

"Accoglienza da parte dei proprietari molto calorosa. Suite corredata di tutti gli optional, arredata con molto buon gusto. La stanza dei ragazzi era ricavata in un trullo, molto suggestiva. Posizione ideale, al limite del quartiere Monti, perché accessibile con l'auto ma a due passi della zona pedonale dei trulli."

"From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after, we were early to check in and was able to use the facilities even though our room wasn’t quite ready. Everything was easy going, we were looked after well but it wasn’t intrusive. Attention to detail throughout the property was amazing, it felt like everything had been thought of! "Fantastic property in a great location. Spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the pickup from the train station in the funky Citroen. Delicious buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. We also dined one evening at the outdoor restaurant that forms part of the property. I would highly recommend it. Thank you to all the team at Santa Maria 24 for a delightful stay in Monopoli"

"We arrived early for our visit and the owners were vet accomodating and personally met us at the property, they provided private parking which was a plus with the crowded streets because of the Christmas season. We entered the ultra modern but characteristic Trulli fashion that provided a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was very large and provided a rainfall shower with multiple side jets. Plenty of outlets and lights, with a couch alongside the bedroom area. The courtyard was brightly decorated for the Christmas season with outside seating. I would definitely stay and recommend staying here again. "

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"

"This property is nothing short of magnificent. From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better. "A comfortable, spacious room and separate kitchenette with a balcony that has a glorious view. You do need to be willing to walk up stairs, but the effort is well worth it. Terrific hospitality. Great breakfast. Hope we can return one day. "
