MODERN and BRIGHT APARTMENT in front of the sea!

Newly-redecorated flat situated on the Paseo Maritimo de Aguadulce, overlooking the sea.

The apartment of two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen and an amazing terrace with sea view. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, TV and also washing machine. Fully furnished with all necessary new appliances and everything you need, included bed linen and towels. We provide a free parking spot near the apartment.

Aguadulce is very vibrant and lively in the summer and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and chiringuitos where you can eat, drink and have fun. The beach is right in front of the flat.
Aguadulce is close to Almeria (10km) and to Roquetas de mar (7km), all means of transport are within a walking distance.

Great Location
Wonderful views across to the beach, ideal for a sunbathing holiday. Had everything we needed. Is worth noting for the less mobile that most of the shops are uphill / steps.

Die Terrasse ist super und alles tippo toppi sauber.....aber ich konnte nicht entspannen: Am ersten Tag 3 Kakerlaken. Nächsten Morgen Baulärm vom Nachbarn, zum Glück nur den einen Morgen. Abends am Wochenende Lärm von der Straße.

Estupendo !!
Spotless , wonderfully kitted out, all modern appliances, and the balcony was to die for. The positioning couldn't have been better and it is exactly as it is shown in the photos. Aguadulce itself is a little gem of a place and we ate some of the best food we have ever had at really good prices. Whilst not much English was spoken the locals and restaurant and bar staff went out of their way to be helpful. What a wonderful change from what we experience in England. So just back yesterday leaving behind 30c and wall to wall sunshine and waking up this morning at home where its cold and chucking it down 😢

El acceso a la playa desde el apartamento me ha parecido excepcional.
La entrada fue tarde y mal debido a un error de la persona que nos abrió así como una sobrelimpieza por esta cuestión que descuidó la basura y el acceso a playa desde la terraza. El apartamento era estupendo, la terraza maravillosa.

Der Empfang war o.k.die Dame jedoch spricht nur spanisch. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. WC und Dusche gut. Der absolute Hammer ist die Terrasse. Sie ist top eingerichtet und sehr grosse Wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Die Sonnenstoren sind auch praktisch. Die Wohnung ist nur durch eine Einbahnstrasse vom Meer getrennt. Mit Parkplatz kann es am Wochenende schwierig werden. Am Wochenende ist es auch etwas lärmig. Wir würden die Wohnung jedoch wieder mieten.

Außergewöhnliches Panorama
Wow, Vorhang auf, Strand, Meer und Berg. Super schön. Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll und modern gestaltet. Kleine Abnutzungserscheinungen, die uns nicht gestört haben. Parkplatz vor der Türe kein Problem - allerdings im Dezember. Am Wochenende schon Lärm von den Nachtschwärmern, in der Saison wahrscheinlich erheblicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Fragen mit Google-Übersetzer immer lösen. Creepy die Wendeltreppe zur Terrasse.

Mooi appartement met prachtige ligging
Goed modern appartement met een fantastisch terras aan de boulevard van Agiadulce. Aguadulce zelf mist authenticiteit, maar is wel levendig. De haven is op loopafstand en heeft veel bars en restaurants. Ook langs de boulevard zijn voldoende horecagelegenheden. Onder het appartement kun je heerlijke crepes, sapjes en tostados krijgen.

Estancia satisfactoria. Buenas vistas. A pie de playa.
El alojamiento está bien ubicado y es suficiente para vacaciones aunque es difícil aparcar el coche por estar en primera linea de playa. Las vistas son bonitas, el precio no es barato. La llegada fue un poco caótica porque hay 2 números 21 en la calle y nos costó encontrarlo. La cerradura de la puerta a la Comunidad va muy mal y al primer intento no pudimos abrir, pensando que la entrada no era por allí por lo que tuvimos que subir por la puerta a nivel de calle que da acceso a un pequeño cuarto donde hay una escalera de caracol que llega hasta la terraza lo cual nos causó una primera impresión negativa, ya que una persona mayor o gruesa no puede subir por ahí, pero una vez descubierta la forma correcta de entrar, al final nos hemos ido satisfechos.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand
Wir haben die Unterkunft für 2 Wochen ab Ende Mai für 2 Personen gebucht. Das Wetter war sonnig und warm, manchmal etwas windig. Das Apartment mit einer schönen, großen Terrasse liegt im 1. Stock und hat einen weiteren Raum mit Waschmaschine und Stranddusche im Erdgeschoss. Von dort aus gelangt man über die Straße zum Strand. Die Einbahnstraße ist mäßig stark befahren, manchmal etwas laut, wenn die Jugendlichen ihre Anlage im Auto aufdrehen. Die Wohnung ist aber recht gut schallisoliert, sodass man nachts seine Ruhe findet. In der Wohnung findet man alles notwendige in der Küche. Wir haben allerdings auf das Kochen verzichtet. Einen Wifi-Zugang gibt es auch. Für die Kommunikation nach Hause über WhatsApp und Facebook ist er völlig ausreichend. Für mehr aber zu langsam. Es war alles soweit vorhanden und wir auch mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Schön wären noch Auflagen für die Liegen auf der Terrasse gewesen. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes sind noch einige Läden, wie ein Bekleidungsgeschäft und Saftladen. In der Crêperie kann man übrigens sehr lecker frühstücken. Einen Parkplatz findet man kostenlos auf dem Parkstreifen auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zumindest in der Woche. Am Wochenende wird es voller. Dann ist der Parkplatz schnell weg. Es gibt noch einen alternativen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Wir wurden von Enrica sehr gut und freundlich betreut. Sie hat sich immer sehr schnell um eine Lösung der Probleme (z. B. Wifi Zugang) gekümmert und ist auch über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir könnten mit ihr in englischer Sprache sehr verständlich kommunizieren. Nach unseren Erfahrungen ist das in Andalusien eher nicht so. Es wird kein Deutsch und nur selten Englisch gesprochen. Mit Spanisch Kenntnissen und/oder einer Übersetzungs-App kommt aber durchaus weiter. Zur Lage von Aquadulce würden wir beim nächsten Mal weiter in Richtung Málaga übernachten. Die Orte Córdoba und Sevilla sind doch etwas weit entfernt. Folgende Restaurants können wir empfehlen: - La Huerta - Bodega Claudio - El Boliche

We just returned from staying at Enrica’s apartment, and had a very nice time. Our little girl loved waking up to see the beach every morning, and people walking along the paseo every evening. The location was very easy for us with plenty of alternative activities and cafes nearby when we weren’t sunning ourselves. The patio is fab, and the nightlight in the bathroom was sort of genius.

Top Lage - sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Aguadulce verbracht. Die Wohnung von Enrica hat eine top Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer! Zum Hafen sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Min Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen groß genug. Leider gibt es kein WLAN und kein Deutsches Fernseher (was allerdings bei dem tollen Wetter nicht unbedingt notwendig ist). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Enrica war immer zu erreichen und ist eine super freundliche Vermieterin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Thanks and we see us next year :-)

Fantastic apartment
Fabulous apartment with the most spectacular sea and beach views. Contemporary feel to this stylish apartment that has everything you need for a holiday. Massive balcony with seating and dining furniture. Beach chairs provided as well. Good quality bathroom fittings with a brilliant shower is always welcome and this was outstanding. A TV with an English news channel would have been a bonus but then the newspaper shop was 50 metres away. Would definitely recommend and am sure we will return next year.
