Luxury House - Exceptional

Roquefort des Corbières is a magnificent typical village located between Narbonne and Perpignan, a stone's throw from the sea. You have the greatest comfort: Air conditioning in all rooms, 3 bathrooms, very high-speed Wi-Fi... The 4x9m swimming pool has a small 40 cm deep beach for children. It is secured by an integrated roller shutter. The house is close to all the village's facilities and is served by a private dead-end for 4 cars. Entering the house you access the ground floor where you will find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the laundry room/pantry and a separate toilet. Going up the stairs, you will find upstairs, 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with BBQ and swimming pool and a garden with a large lawn area. You will also find near the swimming pool, a third bathroom with an integrated toilet. In front of the house is a private dead end where you can park up to 4 vehicles. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A key will be at your disposal in a code box. If necessary, you can contact me by phone or through the App. Cleaning and linens are included in the price.

Great week away
Lovely villa, very clean. we all arrived and were very happy with the space. Check in was easy and seamless. We had one small issue that was no fault of the owner but it was rectified efficiently and quickly. Anthony gave good communication and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for everything.

A gem of a location
We really enjoyed our stay in this special village. All amenities are close by (bakery, village shop, bar) and in late July, there was plenty going on to take part in (including the memorable two roqueforts fete). The gite is compact, best suited for families. The pool was really enjoyed by the kids in our party!

Familienurlaub in einem Traumhaus
Unsere Großfamilie hat hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. In diesem Haus ist alles perfekt: stilvolle Einrichtung, großer komfortabler Küchenbereich, sodass man gut zu mehreren kochen kann, drei hübsche Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer mit modernen Bädern. Ein herrlicher Pool mit Dusche und Toilette, ein großer Grill und eine Wiese zum Fußballspielen. Das ganze Grundstück ist komplett ummauert, sodass wir uneinsehbar absolut für uns waren. Leider war in unserer Woche gerade ein heftiger Sturm, der nicht immer zum Baden einlud, aber es gibt so vieles zu sehen und zu entdecken und auch die Strände sind herrlich und nicht weit entfernt. Danke, Anthony, für die netten Gespräche und deine Tipps. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

This was a delightful holiday property in a lovely quiet town. We were two families of four with two children in each family and the property offered plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very friendly and check-in and check-out simple and quick.

Belle villa et bel endroit
L'endroit est magnifique et la villa est belle. Que ce soit la cuisine, les salles de bain ou simplement les sols, tout était beau. Les installations comme la climatisation etaient fonctionnelles et pratiques La seule chose sur laquelle nous metterions un point négatif serait le sol autour de la piscine qui est trop glissant.

Tolles Ambiente in ruhiger Umgebung
Zu acht (zwei Familien) haben wir 14 wunderbare Tage in Anthonys schönem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Die grosse Küche und das schöne Ambiente haben uns begeistert. Die grosszügigen Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof haben wir mit unserem Surfequipment sehr geschätzt. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Uneingeschränkt Empfehlungswert !!!!
Wir waren bis heute für 7 Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren sehr traurig wieder abreisen zu müssen. Das Haus ist sehr charmant, top ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Es liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, in dem aber viel Leben herrscht und was sehr idyllische inmitten der Weinreben liegt. Wir waren mit zwei Familien á 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (6-13 Jahre) und 2 Hunden vor Ort. Anthony unser Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er hat uns alles ruhig und ausführlich erklärt und in vielen Dingen geholfen. Auch ist er sehr tierlieb und hat den Hunden direkt angeboten in den Pool zu springen. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war die sehr gute Kommunikation und das wir bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken konnten, weil wir früher vor Ort waren. Danke für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!

Perfektes Ferienhaus mitten im Dorf
Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist top ausgestattet und komfortabel. Anthony hat wirklich an alles gedacht was man für einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Urlaub braucht. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über irgendwo auf dem Grundstück Schatten. Für die Kinder waren der (eingezäunte und nicht einsehbare) Garten perfekt, der Pool sowieso :-) Das Haus liegt mitten im schönen Dorf Roquefort-des-Corbières gegenüber des Dorfplatzes. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und man erreicht den Bäcker, Dorfladen usw. in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder her. -) Merci beaucoup, Anthony.

One of our best holidays ever
We travelled as two families (4 adults + 6 children). We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The location was very clean and very well designed. We had everything we needed (e.g. lots of towels). Very comfortable: shower and toilet directly at outside building next to the nice pool. Very nice and supportive contact with house owner in case of any question :) We really recommend the location & the landlord!

Un séjour calme et agréable
Un grand merci à l’hôte ! On a passé des vacances splendides. La maison est très bien équipée, l’hôte Anthony était toujours à l’écoute s’il manquait quelque chose ou si on n’arrivait pas à trouver quelque chose ;). Jolie maison avec un joli jardin ensemble avec une piscine très agréable. Même les 2 bébés ont adoré la température de la piscine. Le petit village Roquefort-des-Corbières et super sympa. Les gens étaient très polis. Les personnes des commerces comme l’épicerie, le boulanger et THYM & ROMARIN nous ont bien accueilli aussi. Un séjour impeccable ! Un seul point qui serait peut-être à envisager est le parasol. Etant 2 couples avec en totalité 3 enfants, il était difficile d’avoir assez d’ombre ensemble. Nous sommes d’origine d’un endroit où on n’est pas habitué de se trouver toute la journée au plein soleil. Comme la maison est préparé pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants, ceci nous semblait peut-être un peu juste. Il s’agit vraiment d’un petit détail pour le reste le séjour était formidable.

On avait besoin de souffler et c'est idéal : la maison est vraiment top, avec quasiment tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est assez grande, dommage que le vent assez présent mi-août n'ait pas permis de la chauffer suffisamment parfois. Un terrain suffisamment grand mais pas trop, très bien entretenu... Anthony est très serviable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Il y a vraiment à côté une épicerie, une boulangerie, un boucher, c'est agréable de ne pas avoir à prendre sa voiture pour aller chercher du pain ;) et au pire l'Intermarché n'est pas trop loin en voiture De belles balades à faire, Carcassonne qui n'est pas loin non plus, les étangs autour... les plages à 15mn... N'hésitez pas une seconde, vous ne serez pas déçu Merci Anthony j'espère qu'on aura l'occasion de revenir ;)

Belle maison familiale et son jardin méditerranéen pour un séjour idéal dans les Corbières
La maison est très agréable, spacieuse pour six adultes (+enfants/adolescents) et conçue pour la vie en famille. Elle ouvre sur le jardin arboré très plaisant et sa jolie petite piscine. Elle est à proximité des commerces du village et constitue un point de départ idéal pour découvrir cette région des Corbières, ses plages et l'interieur des terres. M. Gleize, le propriétaire est très symathique, disponible, accueillant et serviable. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette maison pour un séjour familial en toute quiétude.

Dieses Haus ist grossartig! Es hat ein wunderschönes Farbkonzept, welches die Farben der Gegend widerspiegelt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten laden zum Ausschlafen ein, es ist alles sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist grosszügig und hat ausreichend Platz für sechs Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Rund um das Haus hat es Mauern, welche einen in Zeiten von starkem Wind gut schützen und der Hund kann auch nicht ausbüchsen! Der Strand in La Palme ist sehr zu empfehlen und in 10 min mit dem Auto oder in 30 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Danke Anthony, dass du dein Haus vermietest!

Zeer nette en mooie vakantiewoning. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en steeds bereikbaar. 'S nachts was er soms wel wat geluidsoverlast van het naburig gelegen pleintje. Ik kan de woning zeker aanbevelen als vakantiebestemming.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Ein wunderschönes und sehr sauberes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Pool und großer Terrasse und Garten. Es ist perfekt zum erholen, der Bäcker und eine kleiner Laden für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Nähe, aber eher mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind auch ein Supermarkt und ein Lidl gelegen. Der Lidl ist durchgängig geöffnet, der Supermarche und der Dorfladen haben über die Mittagszeit geschlossen. Die Einwohner sind sehr nett, im Dorf gibt es eine Weinhandlung die den dort angebauten Wein verkauft. Am Mittwoch bietet ein kleiner Wagen thailändisches Essen auf dem Dorfplatz an, am Freitag steht dort ein Pizzawagen. Beides sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Danke

Unser zweites Zuhause!
Es war ein traumhafter Sommer! Wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Sekunde an sofort wohl. Das Haus war super groß, super sauber und gab uns das Gefühl 'angekommen' zu sein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr luxuriös und bot uns alles, was das Herz begehrt. Genau das richtige nach einer langen Periode von Arbeit und Stress. Der Besitzer des Hauses ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Hilfsbereit und sehr großzügig. Danke Anthony für die unglaublich warme und herzliche Betreuung. Der Garten, sowie der Poolbereich übertraf unsere Vorstellungen und wir konnten auch an nicht so sonnigen Tagen den Tag wunderbar genießen. Die Strände und Buchten waren nur wenige Autofahrt-Minuten von uns entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt war innerhalb von 8 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein wunderschönes Zuhause in einer ruhigen und sehr angenehmen Lage. Äußerst charmant waren auch die netten Herren aus dem Dorf, die Abends auf dem Dorfplatz sich trafen. Man hatte das Gefühl in eine andere Welt abzutauchen, in eine Welt die positiv und erholend zugleich war und ist. Wir kommen wieder! Beste Grüße aus der Pfalz.

C’est une belle propriété décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La maison est grande, la piscine, la terrasse et le jardin aussi. Le village est charmant, situé non loin des plages. Le propriétaire est sympathique, disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande cette maison : nous y avons été très bien.

Tolles Haus in herrlicher Umgebung
Ein Haus mitten im Dorf. Der Bäcker gleich um die Ecke und die Rentner auf den Bänken des ehemaligen Boulodromes auf der Rückseite des Hauses sorgen für den gewissen dörflichen Charme. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat das gewisse "Etwas". Es gibt viele lohnenswerte Wege rund um Roquefort mit Ausblicken auf die Felsen, das Meer und das Weinanbau-Gebiet. Die Strände sind riesig und in 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehenswert sind der Safari-Park in der Nähe von Sigean, Carcassonne oder auch die Staustufen in Beziers. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
