Private pool in Mediterranean house on the French Riviera

Lovely summer house in a Provençal style, 15 minutes drive away of Fréjus / Saint Raphaël cities. It is tucked away in a cul-de-sac of desirable residential area. Its a 620 sqf (5 x 11 sqm) swimming pool is situated within a 15'000 sqf private Mediterranean garden on the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera). Behind the house, the sandy soil welcomes in your late afternoon pétanque games along with a Pastis glass in the shadow of 2 big pine trees!
With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it does feature an open living, dining area on the kitchen looking onto the pool.
The heart of La Bouverie village is 5 minutes walk away and features all what's needed: French bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket, post office.
The region offer also a lot of activities:
- boat shuttles and excusions to Saint Tropez, the islands of Porquerolles with Les Bateaux Verts from Les Issambres harbour
- visits of the typical villages of Provence (Bagnols-en-Forêt, Caillan, Seillans, Faience)
- the famous beaches of Côte d'Azur (La Plage d'argent, Fréjus Plage)- visit the vineyards (Domaine de La Bouverie)
- pedestrians walks in the cork trees and pine trees forest (Les Gorges du Blavet, etc)

Rustige omgeving maar dicht bij alle faciliteiten
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis met prachtig zwembad. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving maar wel in de nabijheid van het strand, vele leuke steden/dorpen, supermarkten, mooie fietsroutes, etc. Je voelt je bij binnenkomst direct welkom en vooral de tuin met een groot en mooi aangelegd zwembad is heerlijk. Isabelle zorgt ervoor dat inchecken (en uitchecken) zeer soepel verloopt en is altijd bereikbaar indien nodig. Groet, Tertius

Für Workation ein tolles Haus und natürlich auch für Urlaub. Großzügiger wunderschöner Garten mit großen, gepflegten Pool als Blickfang. Wunderbar geeignet zur Entspannung nach getaner Arbeit. Great stay in La Bouverie
We spent two weeks in this really nice house with a great pool. The area is quiet and relaxing and the village has everything you need. The distance to St Maxime, St Raphaël and other areas is practical and many activities can be done with the family. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the house and area to others.

Ruime woning met heerlijk zwembad
De woning is enigszins gedateerd, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Met 2 badkamers, 2 zithoeken en 3 slaapkamers ruimte genoeg voor het gezin. Het zwembad van 12x5 meter is een verademing tijdens de warme zomerdagen. De woning ligt in een rustige villawijk met een bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Er is geen bruisend centrum, daarvoor moet je naar de omringende dorpjes of naar het strand.

Rapport qualité prix parfait
Nous avons passé 15 jours début Août dans cette villa très agréable à vivre . Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. un petit souci au départ du séjour a été très vite traité par le jardinier qui est très réactif ainsi qu'Isabelle et son frère . Petit bémol sur le frigidaire ( private joke) qui est malgré tout un peu petit pour une maison de cette taille! Super séjour

Lovely Spot
Great value and was in a great peaceful location. We have been to the region lots of times but the first time here, but only a short dive to St Raph and Frejus beaches. The location was very calm and the local village shops a short walk away. The property was very functional and clean. Air Con also a plus point. Hosts helpful.

Great Holiday
Isa, Geoffrey & Michel made a great job of welcoming us and guiding us through various things in the property as well as all the local amenities (and there are plenty within easy reach). The property was comfortable with a great pool and we really enjoyed our 2 week stay.
