The apartment is in a fenced residence on the top of Les Issambres 2.5 km from the sea.
On the second and last floor, with elevator.
There are many parking spaces in the residence.

The apartment was renovated in summer 2017, it will bring you all the comfort.

Sea shuttles from Issambres or Sainte Maxime to go to St Tropez will avoid traffic jams.

Zum dritten Male durften wir in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen und jeden Morgen bei herrlichem Meerblick auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Auf jeden Fall wieder!

Les propriétaires sont ultra sympas. L'appart est très agréable avec une super terrasse au 2d étage avec ascenseur. Ensoleillé le matin, très large vue sur mer et très bien équipé, dont 2 téléviseurs, wifi performant, lave vaisselle et lave linge, table et fer à repasser, frigo + congélateur, four mixte, 2 plaques de cuisson à induction, grille-pain, café Tassimo, coin plancha électrique sur terrasse, belle douche, très bon éclairage... et le tout très propre. Piscine exceptionnelle, parking protégé y compris motos vélos. Clientèle bien éduquée; belles promenades à pied et à vélo (mais de vraies côtes car le hameau est à 120 m d'altitude et à 2 km de la plage des Issambres). NB c'est au mois de septembre que nous avons séjourné. Restaurant à conseiller en bas du col juste avant le carrefour avec la route principale. Nous y reviendrons. Jo et Annette.

L'appartement est situé à l'entrée des Issambres, à quelques kilomètres de la mer par un col (la route tourne donc beaucoup). La résidence est agréable, avec une belle vue à tous les niveaux, même sur le parking. L'appartement en lui-même est relativement petit, nous étions deux et ne nous serions pas vu à plus ! La salle de bains/toilettes et les chambres sont petites mais la pièce à vivre est correcte et le balcon, un vrai plus ! Idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil avec vue mer et collines! L'appartement a été rénové avec goût. La plancha est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du balcon! Seul bémol : les frais de nettoyage (100 €) exorbitants pour un si petit espace! A ce prix là on s'attend à trouver un appartement nickel mais la poussière sur la machine à café et la dosette restée dedans par les anciens locataires témoignent d'un manque de soin dans le ménage... Des petites améliorations seraient les bienvenues comme par exemple, de l'aluminium, du sopalin, quelques équipements supplémentaires en termes de vaisselle ou encore quelques condiments qui peuvent dépanner. Nous avons signalé la bouilloire qui dysfonctionne et les odeurs dans la salle de bains. Toutefois, hormis ces quelques points d'amélioration, nous recommandons ce logement, agréable à vivre pour une semaine de vacances sous le soleil du Var.

Die Sauberkeit war wirklich sehr schlecht, Dusche voll mit schwarzem Schimmel und die Wohnung war auch nicht frisch gereinigt und die Kissenbezüge auf der Couch schon speckig sollten dringend mal gewaschen werden. Die Schlafzimmertür lies sich nur von außen öffnen das wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt bei Check in und meine Frau war mit dem kleinen über 30 min im Schlafzimmer eingesperrt als ich kurz einkaufen war. Das Babybett hat so ecklig gerochen das wir ein neues gekauft haben… alles in allem sind die 3 Sterne von uns vergeben worden in der Hoffnung das mehr Wert auf die Sauberkeit und guten Zustand der Wohnung gelegt wird in Zukunft da die Lage echt schön ist…

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos 2 enfants (3 ans et 2 mois). Appartement parfait pour 4, décoré au goût du jour, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. La résidence est bien entretenue, propre et sécurisée. Grand parking pour stationner son véhicule. Magnifique vue du balcon surplombant la mer et les collines. L’hôte qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Seules remarques : la box internet est dans la chambre dommage et les joints de la douche seraient à refaire.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir hatten einen super erholsamen Urlaub in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Vor allem die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf das Meer ist ein echtes Highlight. Dort ging auch bei höheren Temperaturen immer ein schönes Lüftchen. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit bei schönen, sauberen Stränden und in der Anlage gibt es zudem einen großen gepflegten Pool. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer ruhigen Residenz. Die Residenz rundum eingezäunt, mit Toröffnung mittels elektronischem Toröffner. Wir haben 2 Schlüssel für Toröffner und Wohnungstür erhalten. Parkplätze vor Ort sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist umfassend sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist dabei die reichhaltige Ausstattung der Küche. Die Terrasse (Loggia) hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer in Richtung Les Issambres, Ste-Maxime und St. Tropez. Auf der Loggia hatten wir einen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, seitlich ein großes Sofa und einen Elektrogrill mit Zubehör. Sowohl der Wohnungseigentümer (wir konnten ihn persönlich kennenlernen), als auch der Wohnungsverwalter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Schönes Appartement mit Meerblick
Wie letztes Jahr war die Anreise unkompliziert und man wurde nett empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und auf dem gemütlichen Balkon mit Meerblick kann man abends noch ein Glas Wein genießen. Auf jeden Fall wieder!

Liebevoll, modern eingerichtetes Appartement
Das Appartement ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und vom Standard deutlich höher als die üblichen, vergleichbaren Wohnungen. Die An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Aus dem zweiten Obergeschoss hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick von der gemütlichen Sitzecke auf dem überdachten Balkon. Wir werden den Aufenthalt dort auf jeden Fall wiederholen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist super, insbesondere die Lage, der wunderschöne Blick vom Balkon und der Pool haben uns begeistert. Karine und Lionel waren sehr nett, unkompliziert und überaus hilfsbereit. Un petit appartement parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Tout est bien propre et confortable, aucune mauvaise surprise. Accueil parfait. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ici, à trois avec un ado sans nous marcher dessus :l'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel, avec des rangements nombreux. Les lits sont confortables. Comme nous étions là en hiver, il y avait peu de monde dans la résidence et nous avons pu profiter d'un calme absolu. Nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées dans l'Esterel, les Maures et au bord de la mer. Nous n'avons qu'une envie :revenir !

Unser schönster Urlaub...
Wir haben dieses Jahr unsere Sommer-Ferien dort verbracht. Wir waren über den Genfersee und die Provence an die Cote d‘Azur gereist. Wir hatten erst relativ kurzfristig vorher die Wohnung gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer super schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage liegt circa 2 km von der Küste entfernt auf einer schönen Anhöhe. Der Blick ist wunderschön direkt auf das Meer und die Bucht. Die Fahrt zum Strand und zum Supermarkt dauert maximal 5 Minuten. Die Anlage ist ruhig, hat einen wunderschönen riesengroßen sauberen Pool mit einem kleinen Imbiss an dem man Getränke und Eis kaufen kann. Die Kinder waren überglücklich dort auch alleine schwimmen gehen zu können. Die Wohnung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet, ganz viele kleine Details mit sehr hübschen Dekorationen. Die Wohnung ist erst vor zwei Jahren renoviert worden und wirklich auf dem neuesten Stand. Eine super Küche mit Geschirrspüler Und riesen großen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die große Couch auf dem Balkon, von der man aus den chilligsten Blick aufs Meer hatte. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss hat dadurch einen super Blick und kann prima durchgelüftet werden. Auf dem Balkon gibt es sogar einen elektrischen Grill. Es ist wirklich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben täglich kleine Ausflüge gemacht, haben verschiedene Strände besucht. Direkt an der Bucht auf die unten die Straße mündet, gibt es mehrere Wassersport Anbieter mit Jetski Wasserski etc.. Wir waren in Saint-Tropez und im Hinterland, alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Abends waren wir am Hafen in St. Maxime, danach dort in der Altstadt etwas essen. Wir finden es ist eine absolut wunderbare Wohnung an einem ganz tollen Ort, perfekt für Familien zur besten Erholung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
