Our biggest surprise was how friendly the staff was - everyone said hello and offered help when needed. I was late for breakfast by about 20 minutes. The woman working the breakfast was cleaning up, but stopped to offer me eggs and other items - she started our day off in a great way. We'll be back!"

There wasn't an elevator to access the second floor, and after driving all night in a snow storm, careying my luggage up two flights of stairs wasnt fun, but it was honestly the only inconvenience.
