We were fortunate to be there during quite a rainy period and the stream turned into a gushing river which was music to my ears while falling asleep with the door open. The cabin is cute and very tidy with thoughtful local insights and books and games to keep us occupied. "

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it is simply amazing! Located in the rural town of Barrington it is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting. With three bedrooms, two toilets and a large open plan living / kitchen area the house is ample for a family or two or three couples. The house is equipped with the basics like oils, sauces, dishwashing tablets as well as books, DVD's and games. With a crystal clear pool and over an acre of mowed lawn it's the perfect getaway only two hours from Newcastle."

"The house is located in a peaceful area. If you don't mind being away from the little town or want to be secluded, this is the place for you. It has everything you need and more for spare which is very handy. Loved my stay there, would go again in the future :)"
