I've stayed in more luxurious hotels, in better locations, but for comfort, and amenities combined with excellent service, Hoxton hotels now have my loyalty after this one week stay. I love the huge shower with a full door so my husband didn't get water all over the floor! I don't know how this chain or the general manager treats it's staff, but somehow every single person with whom we interacted seemed exceededly professional, well-informed and genuinely happy to help us. This girl is also the most dog friendly of any chain I know. Thank you Hoxton Brussels! We cannot wait to return."
