The room was spacious and excellently arranged. The bathroom appeared newly renovated. The staff was remarkably helpful and kind. I refrained from giving a perfect rating for the property's condition due to occasional unpleasant odors we noticed.
Staff won't show the room before paying. I quickly understand why once I see it.
I was not expecting much as it was cheap and last minute booking, but a few things made it worst than it could have been with some efforts from the place.
Weird humidity/ old smell in the room. NO window in my room.
The wi-fi is already poor at the ground floor and gets worst as you go up the stairs. Needless to say that the signal does NOT reach the third floor at all (why my room was).
Minuscule room and bed (probably more like kids size than an actual single bed).
Be aware that there are no elevator.
You can hear absolutely everything through the walls but I was lucky enough to have relatively quiet room neighbours for the single night I stayed there.
I would not recommend unless there are really no other options available around.
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect 3 balconies to watch the Carnival parade pass by. The staff was friendly and helpful, good food in the restaurant below. Near the bull ring and park with overlooks.
Average quality hotel room which was all we could find on short notice. Heat in the room could not be adjusted. Hallway lighting was poor.Wi-fi was poor in the room but adequate in the downstairs restaurant.
Very poor hotel.. not even 1 star, no lobby, no elevator, when you ask about the price of the breakfast they don't know, no parking.. and very expensive for what you get..
First off, we found a parking spot, walked to the hotel to be told, go to the other hotel. I had read the reviews so not horrible but a bit further of a walk again. We only were there one night so left almost everything in the car. Bad of the hotel not to let us know this change. You can drive to the other hotel, park in their temp spaces to unload etc. be prepared for these type of hi ups Best location in Ronda to see bridge, old town and bill ring. Very freshly renovated. Nice small fourth floor room for 50 dollars. Good choice for a quick stay
The location was great. It had a nice restaurant and bar. However, the room really needs to be renovated. The entire wooden floor squeaked even when you rolled over in bed. The bathroom door was very difficult to close because it rubbed on the floor. You have to lift to door to close it. The toilet tank had a big chunk out of it. I would not stay there again.
Frustrated!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Traditional Spanish hotel above nice restaurant, very central location.
No lift access and room was rather hot.
Overall good value for money though
The hotel was cheap & cheerful, I was slightly disappointed when we went to our room which was on the first floor. It was very small and the decor ans furniture was a bit dated, however for what we paid , it was clean, comfortable beds with lovely duvets etc. This little hotel Is in a very good position for seeing the sights of Ronda. Good for a night passing through
The staff were extremely friendly.
All in all good
The property have the authentic feeling while it still maintained to accommodate the guests with all the modern amenities. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This property is also centrally located and it's walking distance to most of the popular attractions.
The Hermanos Macias is a charming place with a lovely restaurant and a cafe on the main floor. The location is excellent, near the bullring and not far from the old city.
I had a single room it was clean, attractive and very small. The bed and the side cabinet just fit. There was no window to the outside, only one that looked into the central stairway with the light from above. The window had semi-sheer curtains for privacy. There was no access to outside air.
Ronda is a hilllside town in the mountains and it got cold at night. I tried to adjust the temperature with the thermostat in my room but it had no effect. I turned the fan on but it was rather loud for sleeping. Extra blankets r provided.
