This place is a gem! Adorable little bungalow with lots of attention to detail and nice touches :) Our hosts could not have been better! Easy to communicate with, very attentive, and lots of great suggestions for us while we were in town. Highly recommend and if we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay here!
We rented the Silo for an anniversary weekend. It was better than we could have hoped for. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Angie and Mike are amazing hosts. This is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever been to. If we could give 10 star rating instead of 5 we would.
My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting MT on our motorcycles. Angela and Mike were terrific hosts. When we arrived in the area of their home, we bypassed their property in error and while we were trying to figure out how to turn our bikes around in heavy gravel, Mike came up on a quad and directed us back to their property. This was really nice gesture as it can be challenging finding a place when on a motorcycle.
The rental itself is so adorable. Mike built the silo and Angela decorated it. It's very obvious that a lot of thought went into all of it. The bedding is great, and the shower is awesome.
Even the copper plumbing in the bathroom is like a work of art. We also appreciated that they live on acreage surrounded by mature trees, so you really felt away from it all. Very welcome after days of riding.
Angela is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the area. At her suggestion, we visited St Ignatius, a 20 min drive, to have lunch at an Amish deli and tour the beautiful St Ignatius Mission.
On a different day, we rode up to Bigfork for an outdoor art festival and spent time at Flathead Lake.
We had a great time, and really appreciated the friendliness and generosity of the hosts. We stayed in several VRBOs during our 2-week motorcycle trip, and this was by far my favorite rental. We would love to stay again.
