Fully Furnished Seneca Lake Lakefront Rental

Serenity on Seneca, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region on the east side of Seneca Lake. This property is located on 1.5 acres and has 180 feet of private lake frontage. The house is located across the road from the lake,but the entire property is private for the renters. There are approximately 11 stairs to walk down to the lake area. Whether you are looking to visit the world renowned wineries in the heart of wine country or enjoy the beautiful lake, this is the perfect escape. Just minutes away from Geneva. Owners live local and are happy to share any recommendations on local things to do, places to eat, for you to fall in love with the Finger Lakes area.

The house:
• 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom with two twin beds). All linens are provided. Closets in each bedroom.
• 1.5 Bathrooms. Half bathroom attached to master bedroom with queen bed. Laundry is also located in this bathroom.
• Large living room with decorative fireplace, wine barrel high top bar overlooking the view of the lake, tv, mini fridge, pull out couch for sleeping as well (2 adults can fit- goose/down pillows) and large oversized chair. This living room has an entry to the back-porch area with a sitting area and peaceful views to the backyard.
• Dining room is surrounded with windows with views of the lake.
• Sitting room has a leather loveseat and large living room chair and TV.
• Fully stocked kitchen Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There is a Keurig and coffee maker.
• Wifi provided/ rokus for all televisions in the home

• Back porch has seating and small table with peaceful views
• Picnic table located in back yard and one at the lake
• Basketball hoop
• Two kayaks/ paddleboat
• Firepit area at the lake (firewood not provided) you can ask the host to get this ahead of time for you so it is there upon your arrival for $8 a bundle

Seneca lake is an organic lake, the base of the lake is rock based and does have seaweed seasonally.

Amazing House On Seneca Lake
What a great place to stay! House had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the lake. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The views of the lake were incredible and the included kayaks and paddle boat made getting out on the water super easy! Amanda was a great host and very easy to communicate with throughout our entire stay. Will definitely be returning back to the Finger Lakes!

Wonderful Stay!
My family and I had the perfect relaxing weekend when we were in town for a triathlon. The house was clean and quiet and the waterfront property was perfect for fishing. The air conditioning was much needed and appreciated on a hot weekend, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had the basics we needed to complete our meals. We plan to return when we can explore some more and try some of the local restaurants and wineries. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Getaway
We loved our stay at this property! A group of friends stayed here for a wedding down the street and it was absolutely perfect! Even more beautiful and spacious than the photos!! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a lake get away.

Great Place to Stay in Romulus
The property had everything I was looking for in a lakehouse stay. It came with a couple of kayaks and a paddle boat that we could use and the private use of the beach. House was clean and kitchen had all the utensils/cookware we needed.

Amanda's house was a great place for our girls weekend in the Finger Lakes. Amanda was very quick with communication and we had everything we needed. I'd definitely come back again and would recommend this home to others.

Beautiful setting and centrally located.
Overall, pleased with the property and location. Our predominant activities were wineries and breweries. This place was located close enough to all that it was easy to get where we wanted to and back. Very peaceful at night.

Wonderful 2 night visit!
We really enjoyed the home and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and the kayaks and basketball court that kept our tween/teen boys active and entertained. We rented a pontoon one afternoon just 10 minutes away and had a wonderful day on beautiful Lake Seneca. We definitely want to come back and take in more sites, hikes, and wineries the area has to offer.

We had a great time at this nice find. Everything was as advertised and 6 and 10 year olds had a blast on kayaks, paddleboat and swimming in the lake. Comfy beds and a nice place to hang out when we weren't at the lake. Easy and quick communication with host. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Lake Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakefront home. House is well stocked with everything you need and being right on the lake was wonderful. We swam, used the kayaks and floats and had a campfire almost every night. Amanda was great and was very accessible, if needed. Loved being so close to the wineries and we did a lot of nice day trips - so many things within 30 minutes of the house. We absolutely loved our stay - especially the sunsets every night! Thank you!!!

What a gorgeous setting! The house looks down on the sparkling lake and the view is wide open. Drives in all directions had stunning views of pastures, woodlands, wineries, barns, and rural wonder. The house is very comfortable and is thoughtfully equipped for guests - everything you could possibly need! Bedding and towels were lovely. Back porch area was cozy and charming. Geneva is a magical town! In spite of lousy weather (blustery, windy, overcast, chilly) we appreciated this welcoming home and had a great time!

So welcoming!
We were made to feel right at home by our host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We started each morning boating on the lake at sunrise, and saw the sunset there quite often as well. We explored local waterfalls and museums. We felt at peace. It was everything we hoped for from our family finger lakes vacation, in a relaxing lake house. Then, to top it all off, our host spontaneously offered us an extra free night just because of the inclement weather. (We opted for a slightly later checkout instead.) Could they be any nicer?

Perfect wine weekend getaway!
Can I just rent this place forever? Everything about this property and its hosts is perfect. Communication with the host is the best I’ve ever experienced, Amanda responded quickly and provided an experience like I’ve never experienced before. The house is spacious yet has a cozy feel and provides several ways to enjoy the scenery. We were lucky enough to have a clear view of the harvest moon last night from the back patio and the dining room! Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows, sofas were comfy and made for perfect movie watching environment. Even though we had a beautiful fire by the lake with some music and fishing last night, I wish we would’ve spent more time at the house to enjoy the lake more. We had more than what we expected and then some, we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back!

When can I go back?
The minute we walked into this house, I breathed a sigh of relief. I was sick of booking houses based on misleading listings and then ending up disappointed. THIS HOUSE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. To start, the host is the most responsive and accommodating one we have ever rented from. She made me feel comfortable that we weren't "alone" if anything were to happen during our stay. Book with confidence, trust me. The house itself was exactly what I expected. The photos and description are accurate but there are so many extra little touches that clearly show you the host knows what she's doing. All the basic "house stuff" was provided (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kitchen gear, laundry supplies, towels, outlets, usb ports, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC...the list goes on and on) and then random cool things that I didn't know I needed like little pockets in the sheets on the sides of the mattress for phones or whatever. My sons (ages 7 and 9) loved swimming, kayaking, using the pedal boat and even played with some of the yard games. The property is great with a big back yard and a beautiful front yard facing the lake. We roasted marshmallows in the firepit one night and just got to enjoy Seneca Lake as much as possible. It was private and quiet and peaceful and I wish I was still there. Bottom line, you will have no regrets if you book this property...in fact I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

We had a wonderful stay and were very appreciative of the check in and communication with the host. The large room and the enclosed porch were very nice and comfortable. We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped and the view is fabulous. I did find it unusual that guests were supposed to not only load the dishwasher but wait and put the dishes away. But that was a minor thing.

Perfect family vacation
Everything was amazing from booking to check-out. The hosts were super responsive and addressed any issues timely. The house is so much more spacious than it appears in the photos and the location was absolutely perfect with proximity to many wineries, breweries, Geneva 10 mins, Watkins Glen 40 mins, and not to mention the lake/rocky beach area right across the street with easily accessible stairs. The shed with floats, kayaks, and fire pit were all great amenities down by the water. Couldn’t beat the view of the sunsets either! We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future!
