Take a walk through the world renowned nature reserves of Dungeness and Rye Harbour, or sample some of the local cuisine, including Dungeness crab or oysters; 'Whistlestop-by-the-sea' has it all!
The space
Brand new open planned living space with all modern appliances. The garden is completely enclosed so is safe for both children and pets.
There is a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is perfect for any guests that may struggle a little with stairs.
Lovely patio doors from the lounge open up onto a spacious terrace and garden which is perfect for evening drinks or dining.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole of the detached property.
Supermarkets
There is a local shop with all the basics in the next road. The nearest supermarket is in New Romney.
Local Restaurants
Just along the coast road is the highly rated Pilot Inn. Even closer is the Varne Fish and chip shop in the next road. Further along into Greatstone or the opposite direction to Lydd, there are a variety of takeaways, restaurants and pubs.
Local Attractions
Take a trip on the Romney, Hythe, Dymchurch railway to Dungeness or Hythe. The Dengemarsh sound mirrors within the Rspb reserve can be seen and accessed from the end of the road. Rspb visitor centre and hide is nearby in Dungeness. Dungeness lighthouse and Prospect cottage. Many many lovely walks and bicycle routes all around. The beach is a minute walk away.
Trains
Miniature railway of the RHDR can be boarded at Dungeness, New Romney, Dymchurch and Hythe. The nearest mainline is Appledore Station which is 20 minutes away. This takes you to Hastings one way and Ashford International the other.
Buses
There is a bus stop at the end of the road which runs from Dover to Rye.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
