"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"The overall experience of just being there is just surreal! The whole staff made our stay feels like home. Very professional and are always smiling. The food is 10/10! I would definitely go back for the views, people and food! "

"I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . "Overall great experience we had here with my husband and my 10 months old baby boy for 5 days during Xmas time. Pro: We really enjoyed the secluded area of Khao Lak, it was peaceful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. The staff man who is taking care of the luggage service is a gem! This resort is definitely kids and family oriented. "Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant. "

"When we came the reception area looked empty and deserted and not welcoming. The receptionist didnt have the task under control and the information given was insufficient. Rooms are big as the area. A lot of activities that would have been good to use more but also places where you can stay undisturbed. Access to pools and beach is not the best. Signs could be better."
