Hotel was very close to metro station which could take you to the major sites very quickly. Also had some restaurants (sit down and take out) and grocery stores in the area, as well as a very nice park for a walk. Breakfast was adequate for a European hotel with quick foods like cereal, bread and some pastries. I stayed at this hotel with a tour group and on my own. The tour group room was older and could use some upgrading. Beds could be replaced as they felt a little too soft. There was also what looked like water stains on the ceiling, although I never felt any dampness in the room. The room I stayed in through Expedia was a newer room, which was a little nicer. Front desk staff were very friendly and spoke good English, which was very helpful. They were also open to helping each member of my tour group to find transfers to the airport at the end of our stay. Overall, this hotel is a better representation for European hotels.

Small Shower
Small shower. Receptionist lady was rude when asked a question twice she would not answer, like directions and what bus to take. Night recpeitonist male was friendly and helpful. Room service hung our dirty wet towels for us to reuse when the sign says to leave dirty towels on floor to get new ones. After we called up we got clean towels. Wifi sucks, 1-2 bars max better wifi at Mcdonalds. Room was ok overall.

Nice and quiet area
The hotel is in an embassy area and it was maybe 20-30 mins walk to some famous sites. The area was nice and quiet. The hotel itself is not 4star in my opinion. The wifi was bad, there is no room service and there wasn`t an iron in the room. We asked for an iron, but was told they don`t let guests borrow them because of security reasons and they said we had to give it to them and they would do it for a charge. Overall it was ok for a few days and it was clean, but I wouldn`t rate it as 4 star.

Wonderful hotel and staff!! Very clean and modern.
I loved this hotel!! Price was amazing and the hotel itself was as well. Beautiful inside and out such a quaint cute neighbourhood. 30 min walk to trevi fountain which we didn't mind, if you're not a walker then it might not be fore you.

Good location, excellent brunch, nice staff
Cozy hotel with excellent staff, but the rooms are more than just minimalist. The two of us couldn't comfortably move past one another in our room and the shower was very small. Seeing other rooms when doors were open for cleaning, I think we had the smallest room on the floor. So generally tolerable for the New Yorker in me, but not what we were expecting.

good hotel good location
Fairly easy to find, it's in a good location just outside the city centre, about 20 minutes walk from Termini station and near to a metro stop. Hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Couple of downsides: the Wifi was a bit patchy (OK in the lobby but weak in the room) and breakfast was quite adequate but nothing special. Overall would recommend we had a good stay.

Def not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 at best!
The room looked like it had been under renovations, all the wall paper had bee stripped from the wall, the floor had a hole in it which looked like the chair made. The washrooms were fairly clean. The TV was unhooked and needed to get hotel staff to come fix if on the 2nd night after notifying the hotel staff on the first night. There were foot prints on the walls, the description looked similar but far from what the pictures on the site displays. The phone in our room was not giving a fail tone, and there was no instruction on how to dial out or to call the front desk in case of any issues. The safe was tough to open and close, had to really struggle to turn the lock, didn't even end up using it in the end. I wasn't sure it would open again. The light in the hallway was flickering non-stop for the entire stay. The room doors were warped at the top and bottom which let the odd mosquito or two through the door. The Free-Wifi, was lack lustre at best. I just reverted to using mobile data instead of trying to place myself in the perfect location to get a signal. We asked the hotel staff to call and make a reservation at a local restaurant, we were told to use our phone in our room with cost 1 euro/per minute. Overall not happy with the stay at this hotel. Will never stay there again, nor recommend to any friends or family.

Not worth 4 stars but good location.
In Rome there is a neighbourhood tax, per person, per night and the price varies based on the stars of the hotel. This hotel in my opinion should be 3 stars, while the service was satisfactory the room, while clean had a few minor issues, with towels and the drainage in the shower. Would not recommend for a couples holiday as the double bed was just two unattached single beds next to each other. Breakfast wasn't fantastic with very limited choice. On the upside the location was good, with good public transport connections and staff were fairly helpful.

Reasonably good stay
The hotel is at a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was quite decent. The receptionist was helpful as we were able to get some information on how to get around. Check in is at 3pm and we were able to leave our luggages in a secured room. However, they should have provided tags for identification as there are also other luggages left in.The bus stop is about 5 mins walk & Termini station is about 10mins away by bus. There are some eateries nearby & a mini mart where we got all our little necessities.

Not a 4 Star Hotel
The hotel does not deserve a 4 Star rating. The place has not been fixed in a long while. The photos on their website are from many years ago, I believe they are from when they did some repairs to it. The room is small, but the shower is lot smaller and it is difficult to take a shower. I am tall fairly in shape guy and I was not able to move around the shower area. The front desk personnel were so nice and professional and it too bad that the Hotel is not as nice and worthy of a 4 Star rating. I believe it is a 3 Star and event that, it will be pushing it. I will not recommend this hotel.

Ideal location for Rome City centre
Our first time in Rome and this hotel fitted the bill for our stay. Conveniently situated near a Metro making travel to sites in Rome easy to get to. The hotel staff are very friendly which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room although basic, served its purpose as a place to lay our heads at the end of the night. There are restaurants, pizzerias and even a MacDonalds close by for evening meals (most places don't start serving until 7:30pm). Breakfast is ample with cereal, bread, eggs, pastries and meat(!) as well as a selection of hot drinks.

Would stay again
The hotel has two parts, the section above reception is nicer and more modern than the other side but both are good. A metro station is about a 5 min walk away as is a supermarket. A really good, cheap, pizza place is also just up the road

Good Location, Comfortable Stay
As foreigners travelling to Rome it was comforting to have a nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with a Metro station nearby. I was a little concerned that this hotel is too far out of the way, but that's not at all the case. It's a seven minute walk to the Metro, which can get you to all of the major sites in the city. We never took a taxi, but I imagine the drive is quite short to the city centre seeing as we were only three Metro stops from the Colosseum! So we found our stay to be very convenient for getting to all of the major sites in Rome. Our room was basic, but clean, and it had a nice view of the inner courtyard. The breakfast was decent, having a nice variety of foods available although not more than most 3-4 star hotels. My main concern with this hotel is purely circumstantial. When we arrived we had no electricity in our room and we weren't warned about this at the front desk. I soon discovered that an electrician was working on some lighting in the stairwell outside our room and had shut the power down (perhaps the front desk didn't know which rooms would be affected). When we enquired about this issue at the front desk we received little sympathy, only the assurance that it would be fixed soon. Fortunately, the problem was resolved when we returned to our room after an evening on the town. All in all, a good hotel for those looking to stay in close proximity to the major sites of Rome if you're open to a bit of walking or taking the Metro/taxi.

What I found strange, is that the first day we had breakfast in a small room with very limited options to eat and the second day in a bigger room with much more variety. It looks that the customers do not have the same breakfast all the time.
