Vatican Museums Comfortable Apartment x6

Modern and recently renovated apartment of about 85 square meters, is located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator (lift accessible with a small flight of stairs). Located in a strategic position close to the Vatican, in front of the Sala Nervi, a few steps from the San Pietro station with which you can move quickly throughout Rome, without traffic and thanks to the underground connections. The area is also well served by several bus lines.
The house, very cozy, quiet and equipped with every comfort, consists of two large bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, a large living area furnished in modern style with a double sofa bed and the dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave oven, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso coffee machine: everything you need, and brand new, to prepare comfortable meals or for quick snacks.
The house consists of 2 bathrooms, very comfortable and both equipped with shower cabin and bidet.
Additional services available for guests: WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning (3 split in the bedrooms and in the living area), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
- 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
