Great staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Great security. Nice that it was away from the crowds. A real benefit was having a patisserie across the street and great restaurants just around the corner. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Staff was very informative and friendly when it came to knowing about the city. They were also very sweet and kind with checking in. Check in and check out was smooth. It was also very close to everything in Rome!

The staff was very friendly and communicated well. The property is located very conveniently to main milestones of the city. The only slightly negative thing is that despite being in the third floor, it was quite noisy which means no sound proofing. The bathrooms are somewhat suffocating. Overall very good experience.

In general the room was clean and comfortable. The champagne was a pleasant surprise)). There are some things I would pay attention to. Very hard mattress on the bed and pillows. There are pluming problems in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water did not go down the pipe, but stood in the shower stall, and then poured out onto the floor. Very noisy from the street, it is impossible to open the window. I think that the price for such a hotel is very high. 2 stars no more. It's unlikely that I would go back there again.

Place was nice,staff was great, road noise and noise from other units made it unpleasant stay. Air conditioner wouldn't control. Like i said, nice place but really noisy. Perhaps a few rugs in upstairs units would help. Nice bottle of prosecco.

Location was close to everything so no real need to take public transportation. I stayed there at the end of November and it was pretty quiet which was great! Id stay here again if travelling to Rome.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Upscale hotel in a convenient location to Termini Station and many good restaurants and sites. Small "hotel", with only 6 rooms. Communicated with part-time staff using What's App.Staff was quite helpful and spoke English with me.

Okay, but wouldn’t stay again.
Clean and located walking distance from a lot of the famous sites + great restaurants nearby. However, the people living upstairs, I believe it’s apartments not hotel since hotel rooms were on the third floor of the apartment complex, were extremely loud slamming doors from 2AM-4AM both nights. The WiFI was broken when we arrived and the airline strike changed our flight without notice and the hotel wouldn’t offer a 1 night refund with proof of unwanted flight change. The tours we booked in the area understood and gave us a refund. The world is a crazy place right now and these tourist companies should be more forgiving when unwanted changes happen to travelers. Especially when there’s problems during the stay like loudness and WiFI issues.

The location is great, the room was good, but the door didn’t lock when I was in the room. I could lock it from the outside, but not while I was in the room - #303. I didn’t realize it until the last night and it was late, so I just put my suitcase in front of the door and hoped for the best. It was a bit stressful for a single female traveling alone. The keys were also an issue, the key chain weighted a good pound and was difficult carrying it around. The room was clean and looks like picture.
