The room is spacious and clean, the check in process was a night mare arrived after 6pm I had a call from a lady over what’s up app guiding me of how to check in but was hard to understand her English also did not feel comfortable having to share pictures of my passport over what’s up app and not once did I meat anyone from the hotel in 4 days I was there.

Everything was good. Took awhile to finally reach someone to get the code to enter. Once we were in the lady gave us the wrong room. I was suppose to be in room 5 a more expensive room but got put in room 6 a much smaller and cheaper room. There should be a refund of the difference

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The bus stop was in front of the building for easy and economical transportation around Rome. Excellent coffee shop right near the entrance.

We had an amazing stay at Tullia & Prisca! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—special thanks to the receptionist who kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by great cafes and shops. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, bright, and comfortable, with no street noise.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

There were no check in instructions and they asked we leave an additional 20 euro cash for a travel tax that wasn’t included in our initial booking. No other hotel on our tour of Italy did this. Very disappointing.

Perfect place for a visit to Rome- 5 minute walk to colosseum, 20-30 minutes walk to many other sites. Close to good restaurants. Room is clean and air conditioned. There’s a little bakery/store below if you want to grab a quick breakfast or drink at night.
