The wide, comfortable and cozy apartment Times Rome Colosseum is just 400 meters from the Colosseum, one of the seven wonders of the world. Just outside the main door it is possible to admire the Colosseum which can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.
The apartment, is located in a beautiful and historical building in Via di San Giovanni in Laterano.
From here you can easily walk to: The Colosseum, The Arch of Constantine, The Roman Forum, The Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia, The Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, The Pantheon, Largo Argentina, Campo dei Fiori, Mouth of Truth and many churches and museums Situated in the area.

Buses, metro stations, restaurants, bars (there is one just outside the apartment!), supermarkets, boutiques, parks, are all within walking distance, therefore really closed to the apartment.

Located on the first floor (no lift), quiet and bright, the apartment "Times Rome Colosseum" consists of wide living room with a comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and extendible table up to 8 seats with chairs, 3 bathrooms with shower; it also has 2 double bedrooms and a third wide room which has a double bed and a single extra bed.
The apartment is provided with bed linens and towels, cookware, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, iron, hairdryers, tv, heating, air conditioning, washing machine and internet wifi.

Location can't be beat
We had the BEST time here. We traveled with our family of 5 and my parents and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for our larger group of 7, with beds for everyone and a great gathering space. The location was the best part. You are a 5 min walk to the Colosseum, which means you are that close to a metro stop that can get you anywhere in Rome, including the train station and airport. Bonus, the unit is above a lovely restaurant where we had breakfast each morning.

Huge and well appointed apartment a stone throw from the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants just outside - many open late. Also a few small grocery stores. We loved our stay.

Fahh be yo-yos Roman vacation!
From check in with a Giovanni to the air conditioning to the well appointed amenities the stay was great. Proximity to the Colosseum and Trevi was convenient for all day walking. Colosseum cafe and the staff are wonderful- as is the food!

Excellent Host
I would like to Thank the host for making everything run smoothly. They arrange our airport pickup and a driver to the cruise port after our stay. The Coliseum can be seen from the apartment and the grocery store is a short walking distance. The only issue was my mom is 80 years old and she walks with a cane. Going up and down the stairs was a little challenging. We were advice, they did have a key for the lift. This wasnt a deal breaker. We had 7 people.. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again, Alessia, Gusippena, and Giovanni

First Visit to the Eternal City
Our family stayed in Rome for several days after spending a week in southern Italy for our son's wedding. The apartment was perfect for our needs, and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, and we were able to walk to many of the sights we visited. Alessia and Giovanni were very helpful in addressing questions prior to our arrival, as well as arranging transportation to the airport, and Karina checked us in and even helped me figure out how to pay a parking ticket I had gotten while in Puglia! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit Rome.

LOCK THE DOOR
Everything was what we had hoped for except we did not realize that we had to use the key to lock the deadbolt and someone was able to get in and take some of our belongings. There was a message on the door that we did not notice. I do not place any blame on Giovanni, but would suggest that renters were made aware of this verbally so they would not have the same problem.

WoW!!!!
We stayed for 2 nights during our short stay in Rome. The location was perfect. The apartment was roomy, it was great for our group of 8 (including 2 children) and we really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Giovanni was really kind and took the time to discuss addresses and what we should see during our stay in Rome. We really enjoyed the wine bar that offered great sandwiches and coffees! We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone

Perfect place for a family stay in Romee
We had a brief family stay in Rome; 5 adults for two nights before a cruise. The communication from management was excellent. Check in was easy. Giovanni and Alesia(sp?) were very helpful. We had them book transport from the airport and to the cruise port. This worked very well and was competitively The location of the apartment was close to coliseum but far enough away not to be overrun. There were many good eating options steps away from the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms were nice. There was ample space for luggage and other items. The living and kitchen area were basically appointed but we’re fine for our short stay. We would certainly consider staying here again if visiting Rome in the future.

Our stay in Roma
This was our first visit to Roma. It was a short visit, only a few days. Giovanni met us on arrival and gave us a walk through and breakdown of the property and how to use everything. Giovanni was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The residence was exactly as expected. It was clean, everything was in working order and the residence comfortably fit our family of seven. Giovanni was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location is a very busy touristy spot, but centrally located to most everything and literally two short blocks from the Colloseum. We were able to walk to all of the main historical sites and neighborhoods. It’s a great place to start your day and then venture out on foot. There’s a 24 hour Mercado and a decent coffee shop and bakery close by but most of the restaurants are tourist traps, so I would suggest venturing out of the area for lunch and dinner. Giovanni also had some good food suggestions that were not too far away. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Quick trip to Rome before a cruise
Great location!A couple of things about the apartment: 1) they should give out more than 2 sets of keys. There were 7 of us and the apartment is listed for up to 8. It would have been better to have 3 sets of keys at least. 2) the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. They should do a better job cleaning. 3) All three toilet seats need to be replaced/repaired. They are all wobbly and loose. It doesn’t cost much ti replace a toilet seat. 4) they should have more towels, more pillows and blankets. When we asked for more, we were told that it was at possible. Not exactly great customer service. 5) one of the bathrooms had no hot water. It was eventually fixed one day 2 after I informed and pushed them twice to repair it. Location is amazing and we would likely stay here again if they are able to accommodate some basic requests such as: another set (or 2) of keys, more towels, pillows and blankets; a more thorough cleaning .

Property is in great location but the place's cleaniness doesn't meet my expectation
We travelled with 2 seniors & 2kids. This was our first time staying in Rome. I picked this place because of the location, the # of bedrooms, & the brightness of property in the photos. When we booked, we were told that there was no lift. The unit was located on 1st floor but need to take 15-20 flights of stairs to reach the unit. When we arrived, we saw there was a small lift but we couldn't use. Giovanni was nice. He helped us carry some luggages up & allowed us to check in luggages earlier as we arrived before the checkin time. This was definitely a bonus as we wouldn't know where to go carrying 9 luggages. We really appreciated that. We left after 15 mins so Giovanni can continue the final cleaning and making the beds.All bedrooms are spacious. What I didn't like the most was the cleaniness of all bathrooms, the kitchen sink. There were ants crawling in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom close to the entrance and near the hallway. The toilets were clean but you can see some sinks or faucet were rusty and old. All bathtubs' grouts were greyish and moldy. Some grouts on tile were moldy. Same for kitchen sink.One of the bodywash dispenser handles was broken (the bathroom with washer). Luckily we brought our own. The bathtub was clogged. Water & soap would cover your feet. We didn't use the bathtub next door either, similar situation.Bath towels were thin, not good quality. Kitchen kettle has white stuff in it. 1 bedsheet wasnt big enough.It kept coming off. Location was the best.

Perfect place to see Rome
This is the ideal place to see Rome. The owner was so responsive and took care of our transportation for us. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable.

Two blocks from the Colosseum, many restaurants, cafes, bars within steps. Great communication with the host. The apartment was the perfect size for 7 adults. Three full bathrooms and a laundry wash machine and large drying rack. Very nice.

Wonderful
The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Giovanni is helpful and so nice. The only complaint I would have is the air unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the others did. I would stay again. Close to everything and wonderful restaurants right there.
