Hotel Trevi review
We were originally booked at The Classic Roma but when they saw me struggling with the stairs, the receptionist Monica was so helpful and said she will try to change our room to Hotel Trevi as they have same owners. And she did,by 9:30am she had our room ready as Hotel Trevi had a lift. Our original room At Classic Room was nice as well but the one at Hotel Trevi was nice as well albeit a little smaller. We are able to open our windows and have views of a main thoroughfare. It was so close to The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Close to so many restaurants and shopping places. Great hotel and will recommned it to anyone and will definitely stay there again

Amazing location
Location is AMAZING!! 2 minutes from Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes from Spanish Steps! Everywhere we walked to only seemed to take 5/10 mins - so easy to get to and it was very clean and tidy.

This hotel is a little harder to get to it was full when we got they asked us if we didn’t mind going to another hotel they owned it turned out to be better and newer totally bettet

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing outstanding. There is no sign outside the building, so it is hard to know that you have arrived at the right location. The concierge is on the second floor and though there is usually a man there to guide you, he isn't always there. So if you show up later in the evening (as we saw one couple do) good luck knowing if you have reached the Classic Roma. However, the location is centrally located, between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are lots of stores nearby, both high end and souvenir stores. The location is probably the best thing about this location.

The property seems to be transitioning management. A few things were a little bit „off,“ like no coffee maker in the room (as promised in the description), no phone to call the receptionist, a mal-functioning safe, a light bulb not working. But staff was very helpful in solving each problem. Our “family room” was large with beautiful high ceilings and a great view onto the busy street. Although the building is old (with character), the bathroom was modern and well equipped. Very central location. Would stay here again.

You'll never forget The Classic Roma
Fantastically positioned and so so quirky. I have never stayed in such an unique Hotel. Super large room with Queen size bed and fab shower.

Good value for money
Hotel location is great. We didn't use any form of transport comma instead opt in to work absolutely everywhere, which is perfectly possible from this hotel full stop very happy with the hotel for the price we paid full stop the only thing really letting it down was the level of noise around our room which was about 2 metres from the reception desk.

The "warm welcome"!
Perfect Location - between Piazza Spagnia and Fontana di Trevi! When arriving we were surprised with Late check in + 25 eur and Tourist tax +35 eur.... this is what we call Warm Welcome . At the arrival we realized it is a Guest House not a Hotel.

We arrive around midnight and it turns out that they charge you 25 euros for arriving after 8PM. We had to call a cell phone (note that if you are tourist you usually don't have one if you arrive 11PM to any place). After calling the dude was upset for arriving late and even after arriving to the place we had to wait for 15 minutes outside the hotel until the person in charge arrived. This was with the bags, in the middle of a dark street, with 3 Celsius degrees of temperature at midnight. Then the guy took more than 20 minutes to review his papers and then finally we had the room.

Great location, clean room.
Very clean room, friendly helpful staff. The hotel entrance is located on the side street above Sephora & you must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs before you are able to use the lift. We were able to mange, but not handicap friendly.
