Perfect Location
Perfect location all touring sites were within walking distance including plenty of restaurant choices. American Breakfast offered at some locations. Supermarkets are just a few blocks away offering many items. Pharmacy’s and Cafe Bars. It’s a great place for that home away from home feeling.

Ok location
The location of this property was good for exploring Rome. It's proximity to buses and the Metro had it easy to get around the city. A couple of things that might be helpful for future travelers: - The transportation service from the airport was perfect for our group of five. It was nice to have someone pick us up from the airport and drop us off directly in front of the apartment building. - The beds at this location are not very comfortable. You could feel the springs poking through one of the queen beds. - Due to the age of the building and its location, it can get quite noisy from the people outside and garbage trucks coming through at night. Ear plugs were a must! - We had a minor problem with communication around early check-in. We arranged to have an early check-in and were only informed it was no longer available after I reached out the day before we arrived for final details about the transportation service. We were refunded the early check-in fee and everything worked out, but it would have been quite a shock if we had shown up expecting to have an early check-in and then informed we couldn't get in.

Great location with lots of good info in a booklet for restaurants, transportation & close by sites.
The apartment is very large and the bedrooms and living area are plenty large for at least 6. There is a washer, but no dryer- only an outdoor line outside one of the bathroom windows. 3rd bedroom has no AC, only a fan. Internet is needed to enter front building door. We had to message the owner to get someone to automatically open that door for us. Keys inside were useful for the rest of the trip. Only hiccup was our driver from the port to our airport hotel was not ever assigned by the owner. Not a good ending to our trip and cruise. Owner should give contact info for drivers, or at least the driver company name if problems arise. More towels and extra sheets would have been nice. The apartment looks as pictured except for the horrible black throws that were placed over the sofas. The elevator is tiny and we had to send up the bags separately before adults could use the elevator, but the building is from the 1800's.

After figuring out how to enter the unit everything was fantastic. Could have use a second key since we would divide up occasionally. Unit is located close to the action and was larger than expected. Pick up to and from airport was a bonus. Well stocked kitchen.

Loved everything about it Vrbo. Party of 5 adults. Living area very comfortable for all of us. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths worked out well. Really appreciated the air conditioning. The location was great. We stayed 3 days. Location was good and host communicated efficiently before we arrived. Check in was easy enough but key and lock were tricky. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning either did not work or was not turned on end of April. It was warm and we could have used it. Pictures were not at all representation of the actual apartment. Apartment was much older than pictured. Kitchen was not as clean as should have been. Small bathroom shower was clogged and pan filled up while showering. Would not stay here again.

I did a lot of research on properties before we took our trip and we were not disappointed with this decision! This property was just what we wanted. There was a lift for us to use to get to the fourth floor. The size was perfect for our party of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were small but clean. We hung our wet towels outside on the line right outside the bathroom. Loved the Italian way! The location was wonderful and we basically walked to everything we wanted to see. The living room was a great size with a large table. The pictures online are true. It was quiet when we closed the windows at night. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have 4 or more traveling. If we are ever fortunate to revisit Rome, this is where I want to be! What a great place!

Where do we begin? Rome and all it's magic. The apartment is perfect. The host is 5 star. A brochure with all you need to know and places to eat which we followed. Perfection. Germana always on call. Really enjoyed staying at the flat. Very nicely taken care of and in the center of Rome - with many great restaurants close by and the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon less than 10 minutes away. Great for walking and seeing central Rome. Germana was also great!

This is a great apartment for staying in the city center. We walked to many areas, and when needed, took Ubers which were easily accessible from location. There’s a grocery store within walking distance which was convenient. Germana answered all my questions. We had a driver pick us up at the airport which germana arranged. The only issue we had with that was we were advised it would be 75 Euro and it was 80, per the driver. The elevator worked nicely so we didn’t have to drag suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The only issue some people might have is the noise in the 2 front bedrooms. It’s the city so there’s lots of noise. I recommend buying Bose earbuds for sound cancellation if you think the noise would bother you. The espresso machine was nice to use. We got good at making lattes! However, we were provided the wrong pods to use for some reason, so we had to go out and buy some to fit the machine. Restaurants around the apartment were great! Overall a great place!

We loved the apartment. It is in a perfect location. Short walk to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. There is a hope on Hope off station done the street as well as a grocery store. There is a Michelin restaurant on the right and a cafe on the left of the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator saved the day since it is on the 4th floor. There is a little street noise, but you are in a big city and that is to be expected. Our host was extremely helpful. She arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us back at the end of the trip. She also made us dinner reservations at Colline Emiliane. We would stay there again.

Our stay at Germana’s was fine. Our train got in earlier than expected so I asked if we could arrive about 30 mins early. Germana said no problem though the cleaning team may still be there. We were able to drop our bags off while they finished up the room. The apartment itself felt secure with a scanning card for the door. There’s a great sandwich shop downstairs and food restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the big sights! However, the mattresses in the rooms were very uncomfortable. The two larger beds caved into the middle, meaning the couples laying there rolled into each other all night. I was in the smaller room with the twin size bed. The mattress was essentially a kids play mat - rock hard and impossible to rest peacefully on. The pillows were also pretty flat. The duvet on my bed was just placed between two sheets, so easily came out and you could see it was stained. The small room also was impossibly hot with no AC, just a small fan. The apartment was generally clean but the floors had not been washed well. The iron also needs to be updated. With each use hard white materiel (buildup maybe?) would come out. Overall, okay. I personally would not stay here again but it’s fine!

Perfect place for home base while in Rome
Apartment was perfectly comfortable and centrally located. Easy walk to local shops and cafe/restaurants. Property manger very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would list it as a two bedroom in summer though as the third bedroom does not have AC and could get warm, as we did not use the third bedroom I still give it 5 stars.
