This place was perfect for our short stay in Rome. Fabrizio our host was extremely helpful and friendly. He was quick to respond to our questions and helped us with suggestions on where to eat, get around the City and even helped us with our travel plans. The only thing about this location is that is about 30 - 45min away from most popular places in Rome such as the Coliseum but if you rent a car this will not be an issue! You can’t beat staying literally steps away from the beach ❤️ Thank you Fabrizio !

Perfect
This is a lovely place in perfect location by the beach. Communication and check-in were excellent. It was very clean. The table was set up for an Italian breakfast! Although it is a great place for catching a flight from Rome, it is also nice place to stay outside Rome and avoid the traffic. It is some drive to the sites but it may be worth it. The host was also very friendly and helpful. There is a gated and secure parking nearby, although you probably don't need it in the low seaso. We will definitely stay again.

The host of this property was AMAZING!! I’m already looking forward to him coming to visit next time he gets to the US. But the apartment, at least for us, was not much more than a convenient place to stay for an early flight the next morning. The host was amazing and arranged a ride to the airport and he was so very helpful and kind. But the planes flying over the property made it impossible to sleep at all. It was great having a couple of bikes to ride to the grocery store but the apartment was very ill prepared for cooking as there were no pots and pans as well as no extra pillows or blankets. I’d absolutely recommend this place for someone who needs to catch an early flight from Rome airport, but don’t expect anything more than a place to lie your head.
