Rip off!! Do not recommend booking here.
Absolute worst experience! We arrived here after being delayed 2 hours on our train and had to wait nearly 40 minutes before someone came to let us in. Finally a man, who didn't speak English, arrived and handed us a phone. The man on the phone told us that our room had been double booked by hotels.com and that we could not stay there. He told us to get into the vehicle with the other guy he had sent, and he would take us to another suite across town. We did not feel comfortable getting in the vehicle at night with someone who did not speak any English, taking us to a location we didn't know. The whole situation seemed sketchy and unsafe so we asked if we could have a full refund instead. He told me that we could have a full refund, as it was their mistake for double booking. My credit card was still charged the full amount and when I called Hotels.com to reverse this charge, I was told that suite maggiore refused to refund us, so they would not be issuing me a refund. This is a very unprofessional hotel and I would not recommend anyone staying here.
