“Vittorio Emanuele” metro station is just 3 mins walk away and "Termini" train station is just 10 mins walk away.
Within few minutes walking radius there are: Brancaccio Theater, museums of Palazzo Merulana and Palazzo Brancaccio, the Museum of Illusions, Medina art gallery, the beautiful gardens of Piazza Vittorio and Piazza Dante.
Esquilino district is very lively and has a wide range of restaurants, shops and services.

The apartment is composed of a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and little terrace (furnished with a table and two chairs).
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, oven, washing machine and dishwashing machine.
The modern high efficiency climatization system provides cooling and heating service (two thermostats allows separate temperature selection in bedroom and living room) and the hot water optimizing at same time guests comfort and sustainability impact.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 90 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
