Sant'Angelo Guesthouse

The 4-rooms apartment includes 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms in the basement which is very bright and comfortable. You can enjoy our common area with kitchenette overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The apartment, as clarified in the description of our structure, has been recently renovated and is very fresh and sober in style as well as equipped with every comfort: private bathrooms in each room, A/C, safe boxes and minibar.The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hobs, a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. It is the perfect place to prepare a nutritious breakfast so as to be full of energy to visit the Roman beauties, almost all of which can be reached with a pleasant walk.

Wonderful place to stay to enjoy Rome!
The rooms were very clean, quiet, stylishly decorated, and Francesca was a fantastic host! She was very helpful and understanding when we were delayed on check in time and provided us with helpful information regarding transportation and places to eat. The location was great for walking to many points of interest as well as restaurants in Rome. Highly recommended!!

This property was a great location, great accommodations and the host was super helpful! Would definitely book there again. Only thing I would add is a full size refrigerator and tissues for guests who have the entire family staying.

What a great property!
What a great place to stay in Rome. Located in a great safe neighborhood, close to The Vatican. Besides the large modern bedrooms and adjoining baths, property includes a nice dining/lounge area for getting together. Easily accommodated our party of ten. There are many great restaurants close by. Carolina and Federica were so nice and accommodating. We had a great time.

A cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood
We loved our stay in Rome. The cozy apartment offered plenty of space and privacy for our family of 8. Lots of restaurants and gelato nearby. Close to grocery stores, St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican, and right on the bus line for easy access to the other side of the river. Hated to leave and would definitely recommend to others.

Great location with great amenities!
This place was excellent! Perfect location and very comfortable amenities. Francesca was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Excellent communication and making sure we had transportation to the unit. She was waiting outside for us when we arrived and greeted us with a friendly smile. She walked us through the apartment to make sure we knew how everything worked. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with 4 large private bedrooms
Francesca met us upon our arrival and made us very comfortable in the apartment. Our stay was short, only one night, but we found the location to be very convenient in a nice neighborhood. I appreciated having access to the coffee machine and the pods were provided. Lovely apartment, very clean, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Wonderful apartment
The 4 bedrooms were excellent for our kids and family or would be perfect for 4 couples staying together. The family/dining area was more spacious than appeared on the pictures and could easily accurate our 8 plus another 4 guests for hanging out. The neighborhood is wonderful with a great restaurant 20 steps outside the door and multiple grocery stores and other restaurants 1-2 blocks away. The Vatican was an easy 5-6 block walk for the Sunday angelus and Wednesday audience, just recommend showing up 1.5-2hours early to get a good spot for each. The kitchen is small but accommodates a light breakfast and cappuccino with ease.

Great Location
This apartment is in a great location and Francesca was a great host! Arrival was very easy and she was available for questions during our stay. It doesn't have much of a kitchen and refrigerator is pretty small but you are in Rome-you're not going to be cooking anyway. Bedrooms are large and a great gathering space downstairs. We needed four bedrooms and this place was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

Great place for a group to stay
My family and I (My parents, adult siblings, and sibling-in-laws) all stayed here and had plenty of space. the setup includes 4 individual bedrooms with connected bathrooms, and a shared living room / kitchen. The kitchen was a little small if you wanted to use it to cook, but it was great for our purposes. Also, the air conditioning worked great, and was a great relief during the august heat. Location was also awesome, It was very close to the Vatican (5 minute walk). We were able to walk everywhere from this location - even all the way to the Colosseum! Francesca was an amazing host. She helped us arrange transportation to the cruise terminal, let us drop off our bags before check in so we didn't have to lug them around town, allowed us to check in early, and was extremely helpful with recommendations and advice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Rome and has a larger group!

Terrific place
This apartment was terrific. The layout is great -- 4 bedrooms each with private bath, almost like having 4 hotel rooms, but all connected to a common sitting and kitchen area. The A/C was great and everything was very modern. The owners left Keurig-style espresso maker, with plenty of cartridges along with snacks, breakfast foods, etc. The location was in a really nice, quiet, and posh area of Rome, north of the Castel St. Angelo. About a 10 minute walk to Sistine Chapel entrance, and a 10 minute walk to Metro A stop. With luggage, the walk from the Metro was a little tough -- but honestly, a train from Termini Station was only like 12 to 15 Euros, so just grab a cab (Rome cabs are also very prompt when you call the main dispatch so we only waited 5 minutes for a cab when we checked out). I cannot say anything negative about this and a really nice and unique setup.

Amazing 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathrooms in Rome
I was looking for a property that could accommodate 4 couples and when I first stumbled upon this property, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Francesca is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around and also organized our transfer to the airport. The property is perfect and very very clean! The kitchen contains everything one needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a large size for an apartment in Rome. We all had our individual rooms with bathrooms and were able to lock our rooms. In each room, there was a safety box and air conditioning. The location is incredible, around the corner from the Vatican and Castel San'Angelo and walking distance to the main attractions in Rome. Francesca had excellent recommendations on what to do in Rome and how to get around.​ She went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks, Francesca! We will be back, Bettina

Loved Sant'Angelo Guesthouse
Can't say enough about Sant'Angelo. Excellent communications from Francesca, she was so accommodating about dropping off our luggage early. Great location, clean and comfortable for our family of 8. Private bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Fully equipped kitchen, good wifi. Highly recommended!

Lovely Rome Apartment
