Property is easily accessible. Please keep in mind that in the early hours of the morning you will hear the loud traffic since the room is facing the corner. I honestly was able to sleep through all this. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

STAY AWAY! BEWARE! It started with Sangio Guest House management pestering me on different media more than a week before my arrival, asking for my passport and early self check in, even before my right of cancellation had expired. Busy travelling for work, I would do it just before. Two days before my arrival, they sent me a Whatsapp message saying they also needed a new credit card number or my reservation would be cancelled the next day. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON EXPEDIA. I stopped my work, went back to my hotel to chat with both Expedia and my bank, who reassured me all was well when I explained to the THREAT I was under. Sangio House subsequently deleted their message from my WhatApp. These people are malicious and greedy. Stay away! Added elements: they refused to send me the check-in coordinates to the last minute, after I complied with requirements; THEN they informed me they were on the first floor and elevator use was forbidden (I had a 20-kg suitcase and had to climb the 25 steps up and down). The entrance hall smells of mold, the common area inside smalls stale, a different smell from the disagreeable one felt in the bedroom; traffic in the area is HORRENDOUS, catching a cab was almost impossible, horns, ambulance sirens all the time; old dirty windows; ugly white light and sad grey dƩcor; four hangers in what is not a wardrobe; sink in the bedroom that takes up all bench space; nothing fresh in so-called breakfast. Nice place for a short stay
Lovely place and near a few metro stations. On a main road so quiet loud at night with all the cars. Clean rooms and nice breakfast / kitchen area.

Fantastic guest house!
Great stay. 10 minutes walk from the colosseum, plenty of places to eat and drink also right near the metro. The guest house was very modern and clean, rooms were spacious and breakfast was nice!

Die Zimmer sind wirklich modern und schƶn. Jedoch liegt die Wohnung direkt an einer stark befahrenen 7-8 spurigen StraƟe. Ich hatte nachts das gefĆ¼hlt, dass die Autos am Bett vorbei fahren. Trotz Oropax habe ich keine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war typisch fĆ¼r Romā€¦ sehr Ć¼bersichtlich. Es gab Cornflakes mit Milch, Kekse und Zwieback mit Marmelade. FĆ¼r den Preis war das jedoch absolut ok.

L'hĆ©bergement est extrement bien placĆ© un atret de bus juste en bas de l'immeuble ainsi quun tres bon cafĆ© ( que je recommande car le petit dejeuner n'est pas incroyable et n'est pas couteux ). 10 minutes a pied du colisee.
