I am sorry I don’t recall his name (and of course he always remembered mine…), but the concierge was extremely helpful throughout our trip. I left my wedding ring in the room after checking out and he was extremely helpful in retrieving it — saving me from divorce :-)

Marriott Gran Flora is solid place
Hotel is in an excellent location, staff is very courteous and helpful, and overall I’d rate it 4/5. The furniture in rooms is very old, and I’d much prefer to have a walk in shower than a climb in tub in 2023.

Old fashioned style and hospitality, what a relief! Excellent concierge and housekeeping services. Finally a hotel which understands the difference between hospitality and service!
