Elegant and completely renovated in JUNE 2018, this beautiful apartment is located in a noble building in the heart of Rome, on the central Via del Corso.
Despite being so central it is quiet and peaceful as it overlooks the internal courtyard of Palazzo Doria Pamphili.

CHECK-IN AFTER 21. 00 IS POSSIBLE WITH AN EXTRA OF 40 EURO CASH AT ARRIVAL


It has a large entrance hall, with a table for lunch and chairs, then a separate and equipped kitchen, a loft with two single beds; next to the entrance there is a first large double bedroom with king size bed with TV, large window and wardrobe and large mirror. In the second sleeping area we have another large double bedroom, always king size with large window and wardrobe. We replaced the windows in June 2018, so the rooms are very quiet. The bathroom of about 25sqm with a large shower is particular and very large.
The whole house has air conditioning.

The condo was perfect. It is very centrally located on an important street (Via Del Corso) and we walked to everything that we wanted to see in Rome. Two of the bedrooms were very large and comfortable. The other was a loft, which was accessed by a steep staircase, but had comfortable twin beds and great storage. There were individual air conditioners in all rooms. Checkin was easy - someone assisting the owner was waiting at the door for us when we arrived. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

The house was clean and check-in/check-out process was well communicated and efficient. The location is great, walking distance to all the sites and a little market. Adriana was fantastic and explained everything and was available on WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay at this home as well as Rome.

A trip to remember
The building, location and the excellent support we received from Maria Lina and her team made our stay a memorable one. We had an initial crisis when we arrived that Maria Linda’s assistant immediately helped us resolve. Her commitment to our well being through the resolution of or crisis allows for my family to thoroughly enjoy the sites, sounds, smells and history of Rome. The location is perfect. Major sites are but a short walk, shopping, restaurants are everywhere. You truly feel in the middle of all of everything. My family and I will be eternally grateful to Maria Linda and her team and we hope one day to return.

Perfect location, wonderful hospitality!
We so appreciated the wonderful hospitality of Francesco and Maria Linda. Their recommendations and assistance with travel from the airport was so helpful. The absolutely amazing location of the apartment makes it the perfect hub for everything to do in Rome! We also loved shopping along Via Corso- so convenient for my teen girls, who loved to shop fashion after a day of sightseeing!

Excellent location, plenty of space!
We had an excellent stay in Rome to start off our family vacation with my wife and I, and our three grown teenagers! The checkin process was simple even though we flew into Rome early on a red eye, and they stored our bags for a small fee until checking in later in the afternoon. We could walk everywhere in the city and found our hub to be the perfect place for all the areas we visited (from the Borghese Gardens to the Vatican, to the Colosseum…. And all sites in between! We love to walk and never felt the need for any other type of transportation while we were there. The building is charming and old with a small elevator that was perfect for when we didn’t want to climb the steps to the apartment, and the bed rooms and bathroom were very generous in size. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was good for us in mid June. We would certainly book this place again!

Wonderful stay
I can’t say enough about this property. We have been in Europe many times and this was one of the best places we have stayed. Maria is absolutely amazing. Her communication was fantastic. She worked out an early check in for us with children. Everything we needed was at her apartment. It was stocked with everything we needed and the location is fantastic. Consider yourself lucky to be able to stay at Maria’s apartment. Will definitely come back.

Easy Walking to Rome Attractions
We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Location is basically on the Piazza Venezia so can easily walk to Colosseum/Forum (10 min), Trevi (7 min), Pantheon (7 min), Trajan's Column (2 min), Galleria shopping (7 min), etc. Apartment is well appointed, clean, and the owners are fabulous - excellent communication, attention to details, local insights/assistance, etc. Large rooms. Highly recommend this property to anyone w/4-6 guests!

Amazing Location and Wonderful Hosts
We had a wonderful stay in Rome. You absolutely can't beat this location! Right in the heart of everything. Walk to all of the major sites. Easy to grab a cab. Wonderful hosts and wonderful apartment!
My family of five (me, my husband, our 16 year old and two 14 year olds) stayed in this home and it was terrific. Very clean and the hosts were so so responsive!! Arranged for the driver to pick us up at the airport. Met us at the house to review everything and responded to any question we had. The apartment is clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It does not have a large 'living' area but honestly, we were there to tour Rome and use the apartment for sleep. It worked out perfectly. We would highly recommend this place. Grazie to Marie and Francesco!!
