As there are no reception at this location we needed to wait outside one hour until someone finally answered us. We had written to them that we would arrive earlier than check-in but they were not available. Once someone let us in it was the cleaning lady and she could not speak anything than Italian. Finally got the owner one the phone to explain things a little bit. The breakfast which was included was at another location, a few blocks away and it consisted of a capuchino and a croissant...we had requested something gluten free as we are celiac but he did not care and made no other arrangements were made for us. We received the keys and before we left for some seeightsing we tried them and surprise the keys did not work and the cleaning lady had to phone the owner again to find out what to do, it took another hour of our time to get this sorted out. They were totally disorganized, very disappointed and upset as we had to pay for our own breakfas.
The one good thing was the location, it was prefect as it was two blocks from the Vatican and to great restaurants.
