Refined, spacious and recently redecorated flat in the center of Rome, three minutes away from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese.
Ideal for families and groups of friends.
It is located in a quiet small street in a strategic position to visit easily all major historical touristic places in Rome center: Piazza di Spagna and the shopping district (Via Condotti and Via Frattina) is 10 minutes walk away, you can reach the Vatican Museums, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 20 minutes on foot, just 30 minutes walk away from the Colosseum and Imperial Forums.
Nearest subway stop, Piazzale Flaminio, is just 200 meters away and Stazione Termini, the central railway station of Rome, is just at 4 metro stops.
The apartment is fully refurbished and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washer dryer, iron and ironing table, dishwasher, Nespresso, American coffee machine, toaster, mixer and a microwave oven. For the babies, there are also 2 cradles and 1 high chair.
Cozy, spacious, comfortable and quiet; there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 restrooms (1 with bath tube and 2 with showers), the living room accommodates 8/9 people for dinner, the kitchen is complete and livable, the entrance is spacious and elegant.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed (will be prepared in case of 9-10 bookings).
Located on the mezzanine floor reachable with just 8 steps from the building entrance.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Tourist tax is 6 euros per day per person (max 10 days per person and for guest age equal or above 10 years), must be paid in cash upon check-in.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 250 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Don’t even think to stay anywhere else in Rome. This place is amazing! It’s as pictured. It’s very clean, beds are comfy and it’s close to many things. The host is amazing! There were 6 of us and we needed a ride to our family’s home. She arranged everything and the drivers were alway on time. It was so comfortable! The restaurants that are suggested are great! This place will be hard to beat!

Lovely apartment in Rome
Our family totally enjoyed our stay at Donatella’s apartment in Rome. It was spacious for our family of 6- 3 generations. The air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat and the beds were comfortable. The area is very safe and a small market was a few steps away to buy fruit, beverages and snacks although there was already some items to get us started. We chose to walk to many of our morning tours but in the July heat we found the ½ hour trip on foot a bit much later in the day. But taxis were available and not too expensive. Thank you Donatella and Silvia .

Perfect accommodations for our family
Our stay at the apartment was great. We were 8 adults and there was plenty of place in the appartement, it’s very spacious. We asked for arrangements be made to be picked up at the airport which they did and that was very much appreciated. We were then brought to the apartment and left our luggage even that we arrived before check in time. We appreciate the food that was made available to us for breakfast as the coffee and different beverages. I would definitely recommend this place for location, great management and accommodations.

We had a group of six adults stay for a week. The location was great, very short walk to the metro but also very nice walk to Piazza di Popolo and off towards other walkable sites. Also having a grocery store two short blocks away and cafes and restaurants close by made it perfect. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely Roman Holiday
This place is exactly as advertised. Clean, great amenities, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and really responsive hosts. We traveled with our family if 7, ages 50-9 year old kid. We were able to enjoy the space as a family or retreat to the well sized bedrooms. The host also kindly stocks the fridge with nice breakfast items and Nutella and bread for the kids. There is a great handbook with all the local options. Trust me and go to the local pizza place, it’s tucked away behind a weirdly industrial place but one of the best we had. The AC is top notch and security is great. Plenty of local public transport and we had no issues using Uber from the address. All was lovely. I would highly recommend and should we come back,!I would stay here again.

Great family vacation location
We were pleasantly surprised to see how well the VRBO description matched the apartment. Donatella was very quick and helpful when answering any questions we had. She also arranged our transportation from/to the airport. When we arrived at the apartment check in was very easy and we found the refrigerator and pantry had some snacks and drinks stocked for us. The nicest touch was the Christmas tree that was in the living room. We really appreciated that. We walked to many of the things we wanted to see like the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and many piazzas. We went walking along the river almost every morning and really enjoyed watching the sunsets over the city from the terrace over Piazza del Popolo. Both of those places are only a couple blocks from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment for a family
We were 3 generations and the apartment was perfect for us. We really enjoyed having a casual breakfast in the kitchen. And, it was great to have a place to gather (the living room) after a day of sightseeing to chat and have a cocktail and play board games before going out for dinner. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area. We walked to dinner every night - - no need for a taxi. Also, loved having a washer dryer. In addition, there were some very nice touches. There was a Christmas tree in the living room. There were traditional Italian Christmas cakes, as well. If you are looking for an apartment for a family, look no further!

This is the perfect location to get around Rome. It is located in between the Vatican and the Colosseum. There was a variety of resources available-Metro or taxi, restaurants or markets, ATM, etc.

We really liked staying at Donatella’s apartment. It was a 4 bdrm and 3 bathrooms apartment that was spacious and provided privacy for all. The air conditioner worked well enough for our October 29- November 1 , 2023 stay. She stocks the fridge w snacks and drinks which is really a nice treat. Location is very quiet and 3 blocks from train station. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay 15 minutes away from Spanish steps.

Great apartment in a wonderful city
The apartment is in a reasonably quiet part of the city and was beautifully presented and clean with everything that you need as your base in Rome. Donatella was incredibly helpful throughout the booking and checking through to us vacating the apartment. It was a little bit of a walk to the main parts of the city, but we were prepared for a lot of walking anyway plus it is not far from the Metro and also the beautiful Piazza del Popolo with its mix of exclusive brands and wonderful food and coffee. The best comment I can give is that when we come back to Rome (which needs lots of visits to capture the scale of the culture and beauty), we would definitely pick this apartment again.

Amazing Apartment in the Heart of Rome
Our family of 9 (6 adults, a 5 month old, an 11 month old and a 2 year old) spent 2 nights at this impeccable and air conditioned apartment. The gracious host, Donatella, was amazing in answering all our questions, providing us with cribs for the babies and arranging transportation from the airport and then to our car rentals. We very much appreciated the food and beverages she provided for our arrival. Marco was there to greet us and ensure a seamless check in. The location is perfect! We walked to many of Rome’s beautiful treasures and fantastic restaurants. Would highly recommend this fabulous apartment! Tony and Denise N.
