Pariol 63 is an elegant 90 m2 newly built structure located in the prestigious Parioli district, a residential area reserved for the political, financial and artistic elite since the Second World War, a few steps from the historic center of Rome. Known for its cocktail bars and trendy restaurants, the area is home to the Mosque of Rome, one of the largest on the continent, some noble villas, the Bellonci house-museum and enchanting parks, such as the sixteenth-century Villa Balestra, Villa Glori, designed by Raffaele De Vico, and part of the neighboring Villa Ada, a magnificent example of an English garden. The structure is located near the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone and Villa Borghese.
